This is not so much a guide as a disclaimer for those interested in 100%. Completing the game on 'Very Hard' right out the gate WILL NOT unlock all the lower difficulty achievements as disappointing as that is.

Yes, after you complete the game. The level select open for you.
You can choose and play all the Tracks on every level.

^ The achievement tracks progress every stage completed and a game like this is designed to be replayed possibly not even in order, so no they weren't dumb enough to leave such an obvious cheese method.

@JoeySTRIKE stage select lets you choose the difficulty so you keep all your upgrades etc. when you play a track on a higher difficulty that way.
No need to start a new save file.

Does the game have backtracking?
I mean, I've met some doors that couldn't been opened at that exact moment. Do I have the chance to open them later?
