If you’ve finished the advanced level and still can’t find him he’s in left incomplete building with grid windows. He shows up as dark grey before being found so he looks like you’ve already found him

As the other solution stated, Babalu spawns already colored in gray.
He is pretty close to the center of the map. If you look at the picture below, the hand is pointing directly at him.
