First, to find any special cats, you must be playing on the Advanced difficulty.
Cacau is a normal looking cat that will always be in the same spot. If you find the Smelly Cat Caffè in the bottom row of building, directly left of the building lined up with its roof. You should see a cat laying next to a plant.
