It sounds scary, but in reality it turned out to be quite simple. The game has a large window to hit Perfect, and the songs are short.

Personally, it took me two hours of practice to play one of the songs on Perfect Combo. Later I took 100% on another account and finished the trophy in 10 minutes and on a different track. Everything, of course, is very individual. My level of play is free play in Hatsune Miku on Hard.
