Missable Achievement
You must ensure you do the Douglas Bounty and collect Sweezy before attempting the Krubis Bounty! During the Krubis bounty you'll run into an Administrative office run by Moplets. You need to be carrying Sweezy to unlock a third dialogue option "I'm the new boss" for the achievement to pop.

I got this somehow without Sweeney I used a different dialogue after had to restart my game due to a bug/glitch around the Douglas boss fight

Note that I started the Kubis mission but did not go to the admin building. Instead I made my way back to Blim City but it doesn’t look like you can change bounties once one is active. So don’t even select the Kudis mission or you will have to restart the game

You must defeat Douglas and acquire Sweezy before taking on Krubis. Through Krubis' mission, you will enter an Admin building. Equip Sweezy and speak with Helen. You'll now have the option to say you are the new boss. Then, inside the office, boss around the workers however you want. After the third order the sequence ends and your achievement will pop.

Missable if you do Krubis first or if you don’t select “I’m the new boss” option. I did Douglas first but selected the new hire option and missed it

As mentioned in the video, you have to accept the Douglas Bounty before attempting the Krubis bounty! Once you complete the Douglas Bounty, you will unlock Sweezy which is required for the achievement.
About half way through the Krubis bounty, you will come across a desk with a moplet with some dialogue. Make sure to select the "I'M THE NEW BOSS" dialogue option or else the achievement will be blocked.
You will then proceed to the next room and go straight to the desk where another dialogue box will start. At that point go through the entire dialoge options until the very end where they all walk out of you and the achievement should pop!
