How to unlock the RIP Davey Glutes achievement in High On Life - Definitive Guide

Part of the main story during the Dr. Giblets quest.

After speaking to the Mayors bodyguards in the “High On Life” store, you’ll see a dead body right outside the entrance. Talk to the alien next to the body and she will say you can have the “Mag-Boots”.

Well I missed the Mag-Boots, and now I can't find them anywhere in game. I am currently stuck on Ascend Nipulon's lounge.

I managed to get to the mag-boots area right at the start of the game, got told off by Suit-O for cheating even though I got there legit!

Had no problems with other achievs in the game, except this one...grabbed the boots and didn't get it!

I managed to leave the place (HOL) without magnetic shoes. Unfortunately, I can't continue playing without them much later in the game. I tried to go back to get the boots, but it's daylight in the slums and the HOL is closed, no body is lying in front of the HOL.
So i am stuck on "Ascend Nipulon's lounge"
Edit : Resolved. When you return home, you can teleport directly to Nipolon's office.

*MISSABLE*

This is unlocked during the High On Life sections of the Dr. Giblets Bounty. After leaving the High On Life store, a dead body should be in front of you and you can grab the Mag-Boots off of it. This is meant to be story related, but is not working as intended for some players.

As of Patch #2, some players have mentioned that the body and Mag-Boots aren't appearing. Additionally, it is possible for you to walk past the body and leave the area without the Mag-Boots; however, this isn't intended as you need the Mag-Boots to progress further in the game. When returning here after the fact, the body will have despawned and some players have been stuck without anyway to progress.
