This achievement is "awarded" to you by Nipulon during his boss encounter. As he attempts to tarnish your reputation with a rather suspicious looking achievement unlock. The achievement should pop when you drop down the hole after talking to your sister.

Same, on 2nd playthrough now getting those misable ones I missed or glitched cheevos.

Bugged for me game glitched out and I had to reload after i reloaded, i was stabbing him, and got the achievement for killing him but never got the Spent 15 Hours At The Alien Strip Club, looking at it I will have to replay the game up to the point again. wish we could have auto saves, other saves so we can go back if it bugs out.

Edit: Game is fully bugged can't leave the room, I have to restart my gameplay from scratch.

This hasn't unlocked for me. Tried restarting too but nothing.

Edit: has anyone tried a 2nd playthrough and got this?

During the fight with Nipulon, you will be wondering through a forest while your hillusinating from Nipulon's attack.

After the first vortex free fall, you will be in a forest and talking to Lizzie, the next sequence has you falling through another vortex free fall in which you will be rewarded the achievement.

It's a very funny achievement as Nipulon does break that 4th wall and straight up just gives you the achievement.
