Use either explosive barrels or Kenny's (pistol) alternative fire mode 
(Glop Shot) to launch an enemy into the air. While they're airborne hit them with 5 regular shots 
to juggle them in the air and unlock the achievement. It's best to do this with more tanky enemies as the smaller ones will die before you finish juggling them. The earliest you can do this is in the Slums with the larger red Ants.

seems to be glitched for me, tried on my current save and my new save. neither time did it unlock after multiple tries. Definitely more than 5 hits and the enemy was still alive every time.
EDIT: I unlocked this finally, thank god. I had to erase my saves on my console and avoid syncing to the cloud, so the game pretended I'd never played it before (going right into Buck Thunder instead of the "continue/newgame/loadgame" menu with Gene on the couch.
Once i did that, i unlocked the achievement just after getting the glob shot in the slums. The clue was that patch4 indicated there was "save compatibility" bugs that were related to achievements fixed for other achievements, so i presumed maybe a bad save could be the reason why it didn't unlock for me on my original play-through and it seems like that was indeed the case.
Hopefully this helps someone else.

Unlock this achievement as soon as the slums once Kenny unlocks his secondary shot with RB. Aim to do this on a heavier enemy such as the red ants and hit them with the RB shot. Once in the air, shoot at them 5 times (you can spam RT as well as long as 5 shots land while in the air) and the achievement should pop!
