This boss actually took me a couple of goes. He's the fifth boss, and is a big evil tractor! Run to the right and grab the rocket launcher. Stay on the back wall with duck 
and fire 
held down. You will need to pick up a health pick up, which gets thrown down to you. If the tractor gets it, it will destroy it, so you need a bit of luck to grab one without dying and get back to your place. He will go down quite easily as long as you get one health. If you don't he'll have your number.
