This achievment can be found in Chapter VI. Mise En Place.

After the adventurous picking of mushrooms, you'll be placed back in the kitchen.
While working at the kitchen bench, you'll see the fridge behind you with a mess of magnet letters on it.
Select the fridge and you'll be able to rearange the letters as you like.
Spell out the word AMARYLLIS on the fridge and your achievement should pop.
