I found this very simple.
You can do it without the power ups, if you are more or less spot on with every piece you place.
Furthermore, there are the power ups on the right hand side which automatically place either 1, 3 or 5 pieces depending on how long you allow the power up to charge.
Using the power ups on the side I completed this first time at around 180 seconds.

For this trophy, you must complete the puzzle in under 4 minutes. You will have to place 60 pieces to complete it. There is a very large room of error especially is you use the power-ups as soon as you can, but it's very doable to beat that time even without using them. In Arcade Mode, choose any picture from Set 1 (the others are not available as of now) and make sure you are playing on Medium, you can change the difficulty with 
in the picture selection menu. The game will give you 6 different pieces and highlight a position in the board, you have to pick the right piece and place it correctly until the puzzle is complete. You can use power-ups to complete it faster, you earn these power-ups by correctly placing the pieces as fast as you can.
