From the very beginning of the game, I advise you to complete 5 missions in a row on the Rated Silent Assassin in order to get M4 and in the future you won’t have to worry about collecting all the weapons with the trophy.

You can complete one mission 5 times if further passage causes difficulties. For easy ones, I recommend “Anathema” and “Invitation toa Party”.
