To unlock this rare achievement, you need to smuggle an item and use a starting location in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.
To earn this achievement, you need to be already at mastery level 3 or else it is impossible to do, complete some of the easier challenges. If you have reached the amount, go to "Planning", and smuggle anything at the "Garbage Container". Afterward, choose your starting location to "Beach". Now, play the mission. During the cutscene or after it, you will earn this achievement.
