Spawn in your default spawn location and pick up the scissors in your washroom. Next, go to the gondola area to find Yuki and her two guards. Follow them to the meeting area, kill both guards, then the hospital director and then Yuki. Grab the hospital director's disguise and run to the employee hallways, through the kitchen, the eating area and taking the stairs to the morgue. Once in the morgue wait for the two doctors to be turned away from you and quickly kill them both. Proceed forward using the stairs to go up to Level 2, finding the director's office at the end of the hall. Pick up the keycard on the desk by the computer. Head back down to cold room; body storage area and unlock the freezer to find Agent Smith and have a conversation with him.

Great guide. But if you're slow like me, you can avoid bum rushing the doctor by grabbing the scissors, going left from your room, up into the public bathroom, subduing the patient there and lastly luring the doc inside by throwing the scissors.

If your Master lvl 20 start as Surgeon and you can grab that key card from the room like Maka said pretty quick!
