This is completed in the fifth location of Hitman 2 Whittleton Creek - Another Life. Take a loadout with a lock pick (Unlocked at Mastery level 2 Miami) First, climb to the second floor of Cassidy's house and shoot both bathroom faucets then run through the upstairs area, taking out cameras, and shoot the gun case, which will cause an alarm to sound. As Nolan runs into the room, kill him and then head out to the backyard. There is a shed with a clue in it and a shovel, grab the shovel and find the area where you can dig to find a second clue. Head to Janus' garage, carefully taking out any guards in your way. Grab the screwdriver in the garage and throw it at Janus to kill him. Your final clue can be found in his basement, then just make your escape.

This worked perfectly, i had a stationary guard where you jumped off the roof on the right side, so i went left out of the window and crouched heading to the front of the house. before opening the gate, shoot the camera up on the outside of the gate on the left.
@ Janus house i went to the right side of the house, unlocked the gate and went in through the window, distracted kitchen guard with generator in the garage and put him in the garage freezer. Then followed the rest.

Another Life is one of the easiest missions for SASO on Master. Use the wrench and car battery from Cassidy's garage (or taser device) to electrocute him at the hydrant in front of the Lewinsky house by opening its valve just as he begins to cross the street. Then grab a muffin from the stand and a poison frog from the cigar box area. Use those to poison Janus in his kitchen.

Personally I followed a video guide by MrFreeze2244. All credit goes to him. I'm only providing his videos because they helped me.
This video if done correctly will help knock out several challenges which will also benefit towards getting to Level Mastery 15.
Some people have pointed out that if you mess up/reload, the NPC routes could change a bit. Just putting that there because I personally noticed my run wasnt exactly like his in a couple different videos when I reloaded.
The video is for Master/Silent Assassin/Suit Only/Sniper Assassin.
