Hi fellow hitmen,
in order to select a starting location, you need to reach level 2 mastery in Bangkok. You'll earn enough mastery by completing the mission successfully for the first time. You can follow any trail to finish the mission.
After succesfully completing the mission, you can right away "Replan mission". Pick a starting position (other than the normal one), choose any item to smuggle in (doesn't matter) and the achievement pops when you start the mission.
