Here is my walkthrough video for the Master Difficulty with Silent Assassin, Suit Only and No KO's

The absolute easiest way to get this involves, sneaking into the apartment, opening the panic room, erase the camera footage, and then interact with the computer to start the mission.

As soon as the target enters the building, hide in her bedroom closet. Wait about 5 minutes for her and her boyfriend to enter, and begin preparing for sleep. As they enter the washroom, sneak out of the closet, go into the room to steal the keys, then quickly go to the washroom and garrote the target with fiber wire. Drag her to the closet to hide the body. Jump out of the bathroom window and use the keys on the door beside it. Sneak into the panic room, through the garage and back to the shore. Use a fragmentation grenade or the SUV as a distraction and then exit the level using the boat.

Really easy setup for how I did it:

- Start in the office
- Get the poison from the downstairs garage area
- Poison Alma's honey
- Get the dongle
- Put in computer
- Wait for Alma to get sick
- Sneak up to her in the bathroom
- Shoot her, garrotte, drown, whatever. Shooting is fastest of course.
- Drag her into the closet in the next room. Wait there while the head guard comes to check on Alma.
- Once he enters the bathroom, subdue him (do NOT kill).
- Put him in the closet
- Make your way up stairs again and into the panic room
- Head to the garage, there's one guy there.
- Subdue him, put him in the closet in the garage
- Sneak away into the sunset... err.. boat.

This is completed in the first location of Hitman 2 Hawke's Bay - Nightcall. Bring your fiber wire and head down to the garage through the secret passage after activating the computer. Wait through Reynard and Orson's conversation until the target is isolated in the center of the room. Garrote her and then hide her body and save the game before making your escape, so you can reload if you are spotted.

I did mine in a slightly different way.
The following depends on what items you have to start with - I'm at 'Mastery 5'.
I start with:
- Suit
- Lethal pills
- Lethal vial of poison
- Smuggle in a lock pick to the bins outside the back door.
- Start in the office

I found this way to be very straightforward:

1- Start in the office and unlock panic room, collect 2 x frag grenades, disable cameras, collect dongle.
2- Go downstairs, poison both the Sugar and Honey.
3- Go outside, collect lock pick, open door next to bins and back up to interact with the computer.
4- Save.
5- As soon as they all enter the kitchen, make your way through the panic room, down and wait next to outside door by bins to wait to guards to pass.
6- Ease your way along the beach and by the time you get near your boat, Alma will be dead.
7- Throw one frag grenade, then when you get close to the boat, throw another next to the sea to distract all the guards by your boat. Once all three have moved a short distance away, your boat will unlock and you're away.

I got Suit, Silent assassin, and no KO's.
