How to unlock the The Creative Assassin achievement in HITMAN 2 - Definitive Guide

Go to the Contracts menu and select Create Contract. From here select the Contract Creation Tutorial. Then just follow Diana’s directions step by step.
You will be in the training mission with the party on the boat.
First you will have to select, then deselect Terry Norfolk using instinct (
) and 
. Next, get on the boat. You can go and knock out the mechanic in the corner of the map and walk down the car ramp. Once on the boat, pass the three mechanics and take the door which is just in front of the black car.
You will get a prompt to follow a story sometime around here. Follow the propane tank story.
Turn to the right and enter the corridor. Head right again, past the double doors and take the door just round the corner that is almost straight ahead of you. In here take the security guard outfit.
Head back to the three mechanics through the double doors you passed earlier, and mark them all. Now go back through the double doors, follow the corridor round the to the right, then left and all the way to the end. Go through to door to the right of the lockers. Turn right on entering this room and you will see an ICA box. Pick up the explosives and then turn round and pick up a propane tank from the shelf.
Head back to the three mechanics and place the propane tank on the table / stack of crates using
and and the same time and pressing when it goes green. Now select the remote explosive and place it on the side of the crates facing away from the two mechanics.
Walk up the ramp and when at a safe distance blow them up. Make your way to the red car at the exit. You will get two prompts on your way, firstly select Keep Playing so you can finish the mission. You can just ignore the prompt about the other story mission.
Get to the exit and you will pop thebachievement when you get to the scores page.

Just to add something. If you have mission stories turned off in the settings than you need to turn them back on or else the contract creation tutorial won't be finishable.

If you're like me and had a hard time placing the mine without getting spotted, you can instead walk up the loading ramp and behind the cars shoot the propane tank twice with the silenced pistol.

The Contracts tab offers a tutorial, also accessible by choosing to create one and choosing the ICA Facility Freeform Yacht map, which teaches you the finer details of creating a contract. You are unable to create a contract that you yourself can't complete, but the steps to set a contract will force you to making one by clearing the three dockhands working on Deck 00 using explosives. However you kill your target, it will record it and others will have to do similarly to complete.
