This is completed in the New Haven - The Last Resort. This is a suit only, silent assassin run with a basic loadout. To begin, use your coins under the Doctor's Bungalow to distract Ljudmila's guard, shot near the reception desk and then push Ljudmila into the water. Head to the surf shop, clear out any NPCs and shoot one of the blue canisters. Wait for Steven Bradley to get close and body block his guard to separate them. Run into the surf shop behind Steven and shoot the blue canister again to blow him up. Finally head to Tyson's Villa and take out the two maids near his jacuzzi, wait for him and his personal guard to move through the area and knock out his personal guard. You can drag his body with the maids and then wait for Tyson to return to the jacuzzi area again, garrote him and add him to the pile of bodies. Now head for an exit.

Made a video guide of how I got the achievement, only needing a suitcase and silenced sniper. Took around 7 minutes to complete the level

From a new game, take with you the emetic grenade from the 'Merle Revelation escalation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPl65...) and a lockpick.

You will get the story mission 'A lucrative opportunity' along with a bunch of challenges.

I get the tricky stuff out of the way first and then go for the easier kills after. I should have got the story mission 'The water horse', but didn't for some reason...

You could drop the coconuts on the target, but the boomerang starfish is far more entertaining!


For the Silent assassin with a Sniper rifle on Master difficulty challenges/achievements.

Take with you your best sniper rifle stashed in your hut and bring along your lock pick and emetic grenade from the Merle revelation escalation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjyvd...). Start in your hut (Shark) for convenience.... And an achievement!

I started with the tricky stuff first, aiming for the following story missions-
Take a deep breath.
The shape changer.
The water horse.

I did not get the 'water horse' again. You trigger it by eavesdropping the people on the beach and then retrieving the key. I think he got poisoned before the mission triggered... Best laid plans eh!

I made a save at the end as this is a good disguise for getting the hidden achievements that I will upload soon.

To achieve this you can follow the video below to complete the mission as Silent Assassin, Suit Only, Sniper Assassin on Master difficulty. Additionally, you'll also be able to complete a bunch of other challenges by saving and loading as shown in the video for a total of 90,000 XP and unlock...

This will also get you a long way towards the mastery level 20 required for...

...and you'll likely be able to achieve the missing levels by replaying the mission on a lower difficulty and following the different (quite entertaining) mission stories.
