Launch your game, go to Destinations and choose Siberia, go to Multiplayer and choose Find Player and then Invite Player, select from your friend list. Match making is impossible because this is not popular at all, so the way to do it is to play with a friend.
Simply finish a game killing all the objectives, it is smart to divide the objectives with your partner beforehand.

Don't see it being stated yet, but if you have a second console with the game and another profile, you can do it that way. Just invite the second profile through the menu and let it sit there while you complete the mission. I just did it for all three this way today.
