As soon as you spawn (at the default location), go forward and turn right to exit the market, noticing the beggar on the way out. Navigate the alley towards a small plaza with a shoe store. Get inside the store and pick up 5 coins from the counter. Go back to the beggar near the beginning and throw all 5 of your coins at him to unlock this.

There are five coins on the counter in the shop which houses the entrance to the tunnel. It’s very easy to reach.

Perhaps this is different once you've started to get higher mastery levels or maybe they've changed it up for Hitman 2. Your video looks like it's taken from the original game.
Either way, I tried to do this on the first time I loaded up Marrakesh through Hitman 2 and the coins don't spawn in the same way. You can start with 3, find only 1 in the shoe store and another 1 on the floor by a vending machine just below the courtyard in the upper left corner of the map.
There are very likely other places you can pick up coins in more difficult to reach spots like inside the embassy but I ran around the markets and alleys for a good 15 minutes and couldn't find any others.
