How to unlock the Urban Planner achievement in HITMAN 2 - Definitive Guide

Nice and easy, play through the challenges a couple of times, go into mission planning and change your starting location, and add a different weapon in that stash. When you load the game the achievement will pop!

It didn't like the laundry starter for some reason, but it popped when I chose a different location.
