First go after Thames, by heading through the club and finding a fuse, screwdriver, and rat poison in one of the staff areas. You'll use this to activate the crane when outside. Activating the crane will get Thames' attention and then you can crush him under it. Now, head to the top floor of the biker area to find Tremain and two other bikers. Stealthily take out the bikers then knock out Tremain and shot him with his own rifle. You can also use it to take out a third target from the roof of the biker building. Finally, head to the DJ booth and poison the food to take the DJs disguise. Get on the turntable and wait for both of the targets to be on the catwalk and then bring the party to a climax!
