Hitman: Absolution HD (EP)

This can only be obtained after the first level. You must cause mischief/chaos within an area. Run around being careless, shooting people, not sneaking around, etc. Enemies will become hostile and attack you. Hide from the enemies and once things are back to normal in a calm "Clear" state, the achievement will unlock (see "Damage Control" for similar achievement but killing everyone).

A very easy spot for this is Mission 3: Terminus. Go to the left of the hotel doors and down the ladder. There are only two people down there. Kill them openly and then hide until you get the achievement.

Note: It's claimed you must get into a disguise for it to unlock the achievement.
