To view your play styles, on the main menu, go to Unlocks > Playstyles. You'll find a list of 20 different styles that need to be unlocked. You will be given clues as to how you are to accomplish these tasks. Screw the clues, just look here;

All of these should unlock after 5 kills, but some may take a few more. Civilians can be used for many of these styles. Note that you cannot make any progress towards achievements, and play styles in the prologue mission - A Personal Contract. Please try not to do anything you don't need to in the Prologue, as you may not unlock the achievement. EDIT: It seems that some people can, but some people still find that they can't unlock styles in this mission.

Two great levels for completing styles are Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year and Welcome to Hope.

All of these styles have been completed on Professional - Hard. You can complete all styles on Easy though, so if you're having any difficulty, feel free to drop the difficulty down a notch.

The game is supposed to give you a notification at the top of the screen, to inform you about completing a play style. Unfortunately, this notification doesn't always appear. If you feel you have completed a play style, drop back to the main menu and check the play styles menu, as it may have unlocked.

A few people would like to see an at-a-glance list of the levels where you can unlock multiple play styles. Of course, you can unlock play styles in different missions, but this is a list of the missions the tips correspond to (missions listed in alphabetical order):

(Note; This is now completed, but I'm open to alternative strategies as I'm only going off of what I found to be the simplest methods in the earlier levels.)

Needle Pumper - Get kills with a syringe. Load up Rosewood - Orphanage Halls, and proceed to the lab (there is a fuse in here). Pick up the syringe on the desk on the far side and start killing enemies with them. I used the X button kill, but you can also unlock it by throwing it. It took me 6 kills to unlock this.

Undertaker - You need to hide bodies, dead or alive. I loaded up Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year to accomplish this task. I took out the guy who is threatening the store owner, the cop who comes to investigate and the store owner himself. I dumped 2 bodies in the bin, and 1 in the hole. I then took out the guy who is buying the information from the police, the cop he is with, and the cop upstairs. I then dumped the 3 of them and the playstyle unlocked.

Piano Man - You need kills with the fibre wire. Load up any level where you have your fibre wire (The King of Chinatown or Terminus are good), and kill as many people as you can silently.

Reaper Man - Kill targets with point-shooting. I couldn't get this to work until I loaded up Run For Your Life - Shangri-La. I stole a gun from an officer, then proceeded to walk through the building, point-shooting every officer I ran into. It took me 7 kills to unlock it. This appears to be quite buggy.

Sandman - You need to subdue enemies. You can accomplish this on any level, though Terminus - Upper Floors is a good one. When you exit the lift (elevator), head left and around the corridors until you find a radio, and a laundry chute next to it. Grab the radio, and place it near the corner (the corner is the one with the guy stood in front of a window). Turn on the radio and move away from it, so the guy will come to investigate. Let him turn it off and then subdue him and drop him down the chute. Keep switching the radio back on and repeat this process 4 more times (you may need to move the radio to the opposite corner).

Dynasty Warrior - Get kills with a katana. Your first experience with a katana is in Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year. It is located next to the tattoo shop. Grab it and start hacking away at the fleshy things that are trying to run away. The tattoo shop is located up the back right of the level from where you start. If you take a left and continue down till you go down the first set stairs (Not including the stairs you have to go down at the start of the level) then take a right, you will find the shop just past one of the food stalls. If you know the alley with the milk float type thing parked (The one you can rig to the electricity) the stall is just at the entrance to there. (Directions from Slaverty.)

Dynamite Harry. You need to blow people up with explosives. Load up The King Of Chinatown and grab the explosives next to the King's car. Drop the explosives near a group of guards, and detonate. Alternatively, load Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year and grab the explosives from the room that the target goes to buy information.

Gunslinger - Another rather buggy one. You need to kill enemies with a revolver. The best place for this is Birdie's Gift. When you start, turn around and walk to the door. On your left is a Mustang Snub. Take this and find somewhere to cover (I went through the vent in the Duck Shooting Range, so that I take out everyone in the shooting range. Now shoot up the place. I had to do this 4 times, with a mixture of head shots and body shots for this to finally unlock mid-battle.

Bartender - You need to hit people in the face with a bottle. Load up Welcome to Hope (you will be using this level for a few styles), and grab a bottle. Start a barfight, and then walk through hitting people with a bottle (don't throw it, just press X next to people).

Champion - Same as bartender, but just press X while you have nothing equipped.

Berserker - You need to kill people with an axe or tomahawk. Load Welcome to Hope, start the fight and make your way up to the bartender. Don't talk to him, just go to the left of the bar and grab the tomahawk from the dartboard. Now go to town on the people in the bar. They will return fire, so you will need to be quick. If you would like a few less bullet-holes in your suit, load up The King of Chinatown and find the axe towards the back of the level (need confirmation of exact location), and start killing civilians.

Brutus - Kill people with knives. Load Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year (or The King of Chinatown) and grab a knife from one of the market stalls (I grabbed the one in front of the tattoo shop (where the target asks the owner to come with him). Now, make like Jason and stab everyone up.

Viking - Kill people with clubs or bats. Load Welcome to Hope, walk into the restroom and grab the baseball bat from the stall on the left. Start the bar fight and smack the crap out of some people with the bat.

Tank - Load up any level on Professional and get yourself in hot water. Birdie's Gift has many gun-toting fools that will gladly rip you apart.

Pitcher - You need to achieve 5 thrown kills without causing any alerts. A good mission to do this is Attack of the Saints - Cornfield.
There is a knife right at the beginning to take, and if you get the scarecrow outfit, you can stand in the corn fields and they will walk right by you as long as you're not moving. This made Pitcher super easy as you can throw the knife at the ones who get spread out far enough so nobody is alerted. (Credit to Gackt.)

Spook - You need to get kills silenty with a silenced pistol. Load up a level where you have your Silverballers (Shaving Lenny - Streets of Hope for instance), and isolate some people. Then go up behind them and press X to Eliminate them with a shot to the back. Slaverty (in the comments) mentioned that he could only unlock it when he had 1 Silverballer equipped, and not the double Silverballers. Another note from CaMmY95 mentions he killed about 7 people and it didn't work, so he went upstairs in the donut shop and then activated the checkpoint, reloaded straight away and it unlocked. Try it if your style won't unlock.
Alternate strategy, from ChubbySweetHead: I found Spook better on the Attack of the Saints - Cornfield level. Just make sure that you get the scarecrow outfit at the start . I picked off the first 3 people in the level (1 by the car the other 2 in the field to the left of the car) and it unlocked, job done.

Jinx - Perform 2 accident kills in one level. You can get a few accident kills in Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year or Shaving Lenny - Streets of Hope. I need to find out if you can reload a checkpoint and get the same accident kill.
Alternate strategy, from Santar0s: Dexter Industries - Factory Compound checkpoint. Walk up the stairs and out the cave and follow the guard you can garrote him when he stops to pee. then sneak over to the bridge and push two guards without being spotted. I was in a guard uniform so I can confirm that you do not need to be in the suit.

Maestro - You need to expend a clip of your sniper rifle, earning only head shots and without reloading your weapon. As I haven't unlocked the last mission, I loaded Shaving Lenny - Streets of Hope. I grabbed a bottle from behind me, opened the door to the doughnut shop and threw the bottle in the doorway. This makes the guard move from the stairs, so you can go up and grab the sniper rifle. Now, find a good vantage point (upstairs of the convenience store or even the alley you start in are good places) looking towards the garage. The will 3 police officers and your target there (if he isn't, wait for him to be). Kill all of those and then the police officer who will run at you from the store. Precision head shots are helpful, as they slow the targets down.
Alternate strategy, from Wreax: Great spot for Maestro. Worked first time for me. Use level select and choose Dexter Industries - Factory Compound. Soon as you start, head in the only direction you can. There's a guard ahead who will walk away. Pick up the sniper rifle next to him and shoot him. The rest can be got from the guards on the bridge who stand still for long enough periods so it's pretty hard to miss. Use the wooden stairs on the right from the rifle for a better vantage point.

Glass Cannon - Shotgun kills. Load up Welcome to Hope, start the fight, walk into the restroom, enter the vent and grab the shotgun from the shelf. Walk out and open fire on some unlucky people. If you are having trouble with it, try getting the kills in a very short space of time.
Alternate strategy, from Slaverty: Also, with glass canon, if you double back through the vent once you have the shotgun, take cover on the right cubicles standing up, aim out over the swing doors and blast as many folk in the head with the first shot, this unlocked it in one shot for me.

Bank Robber - Take Human Shields. Load up The King of Chinatown and walk to an area where there isn't a guard presence, and draw your weapons. Get behind people and press A to take them as a human shield. Press X to then knock them out and repeat on other people.

You can get multiple styles in one mission, so just run through on Easy and unlock as many as you can in the missions I and others have stated. :)

I edited the notification about the Prologue after reading your comment, as I thought I may not have been entirely clear. Please accept my apologies, if I caused any grief.

I've unlocked my pitcher play style in the library, as you start out with a knife and find a pair of scissors real quick if u go left and down, start killing people from there, silently of course ;)

Another issue: I'm having trouble with the Spook gamestyle, i've been to 'Shaving Lenny - Streets of Hope', i'll isolate some people and start eliminating them with my silenced silverballer by pressing X but for some reason it doesn't pop for me.
If somebody has some tips, guides ( how manypeople ? is it like the pitcher-style, silently kill 5 people in a row?), any information would be very appreciated and helpful :)

I had a pipe, went through the vent, throw the pipe to get the dude with the shotgun in. He was the second one in the room. after i got the shotgun, i went back into the main room, took out the power box, then went behind the counter upstairs and just picked them off coming up the stairs. same level as you said.

I explained which level to load in the solution. You need to fire the 5 rounds that you have in the clip, with every shot being a head shot.

Yeah, one of your targets will speak to a civilian outside of it. He will ask him to follow him in to the alley. The katana and the knife are both located on the stall in front of the tattoo shop.

What is the best way to check if Pitcher is glitched on you ? I assume all 5 kills need to be done undetected ? I mean you can't just fire up a level and throw a knife at will into 5 people.

Superb description, but i made the "Spook" in the same way as the "Pitcher", in the Cornfield!
This was super easy, as you can sneak right behind your opponent and execute them with you silenced silverballers! I needed just 3 kills this way.

F***, thanks.Can i start a new game in easy for this cheevos, and try to have 2,3 styles in one mission (like Rosewood)?Exemple, i start at the orphanage, i'll unlock "needle pumper", and reload the checkpoint for "undetaker" etc, etc!Or i must to unlock just one style, and go back to the main menu, restart the mission, unlock another style...Unless this glitch for me (i don't saw the advertise), your guide really helped me.

having trouble with berserker, I keep getting killed in the bar once people pull out their guns, even if I get killed do the kills stack up?

If you keep getting killed, grab the tomahawk, put it away and then go back to the first room. Using your fists, fight all of the patrons who are in a fight, so that you only have civilians left. The other guards won't come after you then, because they're in another room.

I'm not sure if kills stack, as mine only seemed to unlock when I did them in one go, or "life".

For berserker, it has to be in one life. As mentioned by Callum, the Tomahawk in Welcome to Hope is perfect for this. Start the fight, walk past the bartender and pick it up. You can switch to easy to unlock play styles by the way, so killing five without dying should be manageable.

For Maestro, the first part of the last level you start with a silenced sniper in your hands. That's where I got mine. Other than that, bank robber only popped when I took and knocked out hostages while guards were shooting at me in the bar. Great list though, thanks!

Some of mine are unlocking, but not giving me the notification during the mission. Just something I've noticed. So go back to the menu and check if it feels like it should have popped already.

I have completed the story and am now going back through to get all of these. The undertaker one is not unlocking for me? i would have thought i would have gotten this through normal play but i didn't and now i can't seem to get it after the story? Excellent Guide! I was racking my brains for the Maestro one as I never use Sniper Rifles - I finally relented and checked out your guide. Everything is correct and I didn't find any to be buggy as such it's just they often have to be done right (as in silently) and I'm sure they are either 5,6,7, or 8.

If anyone is having trouble with the Pitcher one the best place is the Cornfields, I killed over 30 guys on hard creeping through the corn, it was so satisfying. This game is so f*cking awesome!

Maybe you can add that you need two accident kills in one Level for "Jinx". You can do this in "Chinese New Year".

It's not true, that you can't unlock any playstyles on the prologue mission. I got "Pitcher" and "Brutus" together today in this mission and it was properly unlocked as it should.

If anyone is still having issues with pitcher, its because you can't get seen at any point in time in the level... Not just when going for the five knife kills. Load up the cornfield, and just make sure you are never spotted at any point and get your five throw kills.

Glass Cannon is 5 kills with any shotgun but they must be done within a few seconds of each other for it work.

I can't unlock the Undertaker and Piano Man play styles. According to my stats I have 52 hidden bodies and I know I've done countless stealth kills with the fibre wire. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Do you see anything in-game when you are successful? It's seems doing the 3 part challenges is helpful, but just for fun I tried Dynasty Warrior, but it did work. Definitely hacked quite a few "fleshy things."

When i played spook i couldent unlock it no matter how many kills i got. But when i tried the checkpoint reload over the donutshop it unlocked. hope this helps someone :)

Great guide, if i could just suggest; instead of following the Unlock menu order, you should place these in a fashion were you go through each stage in an order, for example like you said in your guide about Welcome to Hope '' you will be using this level for a few styles'', then you should list all those regarding Hope in an order and so on..then list the styles that will take places in Chinese new-year for example. Anyways good job.

My thoughts on the achievement not popping. have to consider the variables. #1. "Playstyles CAN be unlocked on easy. #2. Achievements CANNOT be unlocked on easy. So if you unlock all or your last playstyle on easy it is safe to assume the achievement wont pop for you. If any one wants to test this before i get a chance please post your results.

Great guide,

Cornfield was also a good place to get sandman and spook in addition to pitcher. I got all three in one session very easily.

I just did Jinx playing Dexter Industries - Factory Compound checkpoint. Walk up the stairs and out the cave and follow the guard you can garrote him when he stops to pee. then sneak over to the bridge and push two guards without being spotted. I was in a guard uniform so I can confirm that you do not need to be in the suit.

Not very helpful as there are at least 3 tattoo shops in this area and I can't find a katana near any of them, so probably at least 4 in the area. Also the revolver play style is plenty easy on this same level, you start with one, just pull it out and fire into the crowd and it will unlock before you run out of ammo.

theres something weird with spook in the cornfield, i did a bunch of kills and got nothing went back in got 10 or so more hit a checkpoint got a kill and reloaded checkpoint. im not saying its the amount of kills but reloading a checkpoint is what it took. pitcher i got first try with a person or two going yellow on my mini map though i killed them before it said body found. awesome guide thumbs up and thanks.

I want to point out, from my experience (i have 19 so far, these must be done on the same level to qualify. I didn't read that in any of the solutions.

EASY UNDERTAKER

When you play the second to last chapter - the tomb one, and you get the hazmat suit, you can walk around the back freely and pick off the badies one by one. Start with the man in the back, and them take out the others. You need 5. There is a tree grinder and you can hide...chop, them up in there. It counts, i did it.

Axe in The King Of Chinatown level is located near the drug dealers apartment "alley" entrance(left from the entrance), next to the First Aid kit(if I remember correctly) stuck on a wooden crate/box.

Great guide, was extremely heplful! Maestro seemed to be glitched but after two or three times it unlocked on king of chinatown. Gunslinger was difficult, I couldn't get it on king of chinatown, but I got it on my first try in the gun shop, but I had to pick up extra ammo to get it

Great guide, and good call on pitcher in Attack of the Saints - Cornfield. Had issues unlocking that style everywhere else, on that level it took me one attempt (with the scarecrow disguise).

I unlocked "Pitcher" even when a couple of bodies were discovered. The enemy's icon was Yellow, not Orange or Red. It still counted when they were walking over to the corpse, killed them as well.

As far as the "Spook" play style goes, CaMmY95's checkpoint restart also worked for me.

The axe in "The King of Chinatown" is located to the right of the map when you enter it, it's along the wall with the pillars beside the alley where you go upstairs to get the sniper rifle.

Just confirmed the Jinx play style can use the reload checkpoint "glitch" I dropped the car on the guy, went up the stairs into the store room, saved, reloaded checkpoint and came back down and dropped the car on the same guy and unlocked it. (Shaving Lenny)

Pitcher is unlocked by getting 5 unseen throw kills. Ive tested it on several accounts and as long as they are unseen it unlocks. You can even restart the checkpoint too.

Another level for Pitcher is Rosewood on Hard difficulty. Get a guard disguise, get the syringe and activate the checkpoint at the stairs. Use the vent nearby to get to the room with the colorful. Once the two guards inside finish talking, pitch the syringe into the right guard, hide his body into the pool of balls, and then take out the one opposite the pool. Hide the body again, and grab the fuse insde this room to fill up your instinct meter.

Now go out from where you came in, turn left and find another guard patrolling the corridor. Once he walks left, kill him and pull his body all the way into the corner room with a dumpster. Use instinct now and walk all the way back to the checkpoint, and get back up the stairs. There's one guard leaning against the stairs at the top. Kill him.

You're now left with one last kill. You can kill anyone now as long as it doesn't lead to an immediate "hostile" status. Personally I sneaked all the way back to the elevator area, and used the stairs to go back down. Turning left, I went into the area where the evidence is, and kill the leftmost guard. It led to a suspicion but pitcher should unlock now.

To note is obviously you must hold Y near a dead body to retrieve the syringe after each kill. Also playing on hard will give you more enemies to stealth kill.

For Reaper Man, it's easy on Welcome to Hope. Start the bar fight, and use the vent into the evidence room. Grab the evidence to fill up instinct meter. There's a shotgun inside on the right wall. Use the vent back to the toilet. Stand near the door and then immediately activate point shooting. Now simply tag 8 people in the head (with full instinct there's more than enough time to do so) and let fly. Skip the sequence and Reaper Man should unlock.

For Gunslinger, I used Birdie's Gift. There's a revolver near the door. I took it, hid in a safe cover and let fly with it. It took me about 10-15 kills to unlock the style.

For Spook, I got it in King of Chinatown. Silenced Silverballers selected. My targets are: drug dealer, cop sitting at near dealer's apartment and cop at car. Each time, I sneaked up until the option to Eliminate appears, and used it. Three kills is all it took.

I'm left with Maestro now for 20/20. Hopefully it unlocks later...

no prob :) , that was my fault!English isn't my language, so i think, i don't understood the first time.And i need to start a game on hard difficulty, so one more save or two, that's not important!Hitman is in my top 3 of the best game 2012, so i think i'll play even if i've got all cheevos.

Tried taking out most of the people in shaving lenny for spook but it wont pop, so no cheevo for me. Wish that Sqaure Enix would quit with the arcade style scoring (copied and pasted from sleeping dogs) and focus on putting out a less buggy game - for example when the AI is on stairs you will get spotted trying to subdue them from behind because it defaults to beating the crap out of them instead, and when on flat ground about to subdue/garrote someone from behind it will do the attack instead (then you get spotted, roughly -1500 for the guy who seconds later is a lifeless lump on the floor - whatever happened to dead men tell no tales?)

Thanks for the guide anyway Callum x360a, with dynamite harry I just threw the explosive into the crowds of people and detonated rather than looking for police. Was actually quite funny seeing the shockwave of bodies tumbling through the air.

Hey, awesome guide man, really helped. I couldn't unlock spook though unless I only used 1 silverballer. Tried 4 times with 2, 7+ kills, on my fifth switched to a single and it unlocked after 3, might be worth addi

Also, with glass canon, if you double back through the vent once you have the shotgun, take cover on the right cubicals standing up, aim out over the swing doors and blast as many folk in the head with the first shot, this unlocked it in one shot for me.

The tattoo shop is located up the back right of the level from where you start. If you take a left and continue down till you go down the first set stairs (Not including the stairs you have to go down at the start of the level) then take a right, you will find the shop just past one of the food stalls :) If you know the alley with the milk float type thing parked (The one you can rig to the electricity) the stall is just at the entrance to there.

After my save game got corrupted and I had to re-play the whole game again Jinx would not unlock. I did numerous accidents in a bunch of levels and it would not unlock. The one place I found that it worked was the streets level where you have to kill the three gang members.
Walk down the alley to the right of the main garage and sneak into the garage where the cop and mechanic are standing outside. When the mechanic walks under the car hit the lever to drop the car on him. Raise it back up and the cop will come to investigate. Then drop the car on him too.

I've heard of other achievements not unlocking because of people switching there difficulty. I did all of mine on Hard and had no issues. Also, does this achievement unlock on the easiest setting? Food for thought.

I switched difficulties several times. I did the first few on Hard, some on Easy, and then decided to do the last few on Normal because I was worried it wouldn't unlock if I did the last one on easy. Either way, the achievement popped no problem and I switched multiple times, so I don't know why others can't unlock it.

I was prepared though, because when I got to 19/20 I made a separate save in case it didn't unlock, so then I could revert back to that save and try again with the last play style, to figure out what the problem was. Maybe others could try this.

I got Pitcher in the prologue, mansion first floor, with 5 undetected knife throw kills.

First I went up to get the sleeping pills. I sneaked to the kitchen and waited for the guard to leave, took the knife and got the first kill on the chef. I took the chef's disguise (no one could see through it), hid his body and went into the next room where two guards are talking. When they were leaving, I did my second kill on the guy walking behind (the one walking in front won't notice) - this would be the guy who was scolded by the chef, by the way. Hid his body as well in the cabinet nearby.

Then I drugged the head of security, and followed him to the chair. Before he dozed off, I did my third kill. Hid his body together with the guy in the cabinet.

From the bar counter, I walked towards 11 o'clock position and followed the guard who's sitting on the sofa. Once he goes up to the second floor, I did my 4th kill at the stairs. Dídn't bother to hide him.

I then walked down to 1st floor again, waited for every guard to look away from me, and did my 5th kill on the guard standing closest to the sofa.

Pitcher unlocked!

Just to complement the guide posted by Callum x360a. I'm posting the number of deaths for every play style.

Needle Pumper: Stealth Kill with Syringes 5 times. You can technically be spotted and hide somewhere, then stealth kill people as they are hunting you.

Undertaker: Hide 5 bodies. As you kill enemies, just remember to hide them.

Piano Man: Kill 5 people with the garrot (your wire) via steath.

Reaper Man: Use Point Shooting to kill 8 enemies.

Sandman: Subdue 3 people. This should come naturally as you play.

Dynasty Warrior: Get 9 kills with Katana.

Dynamite Harry: Get 5 kills with remote explosives.Extremely easy in Chinatown.

Gunslinger: Get 15 kills with revolver.

Bartender: Get 5 kills with bottles.

Champion: 5 hand based combat kills.

Beserker: Get 5 kills with fire axe.

Brutus: 5 stealth kills with knives.

Viking: Get 5 kills with blunt weapon.

Tank: Take damage 20 times.

Pitcher: Kill 5 people with thrown objects undetected (knife, axe, screwdriver, etc).

Spook: Get 3 kills with silenced gun undetected.These must be stealth kills (as in pressing while behind an enemy).

Jinx: Get 2 kills via accidents. Many levels have "accidents" waiting to happen.

Maestro: Get 5 sniper rifle kills via headshots in a row.

Glass Cannon: Get 3 shotgun kills while remaining undamaged. Works pretty well in crowds, as you can get 3 kills in one shot (crowds with lots of civilians).

Bank Robber: Use 3 human shields without killing them. This works best on civilians in a crowded area. Just grab the person using when prompted to use as a human shield.

Make sure to do them where you get a score counter towards the progress you make.

I used the cornfield for the majority of all my challenges and what little was left to clean up.

First :don't try to do play styles in the prologue , cause you'll never unlock the trophy. I had to begin again 3 times the game

! Every title must be realized at one time (and on the same level), the conditions do not accrue between every death.

I do not know if it works in easy, I made everything in normal to be sure.

Needle pumper : Use a syringe to kill 5 enemies / civilian, you find 2 syringe in the mission "Rosewwood, Orphenage halls".

Undertaker : Hide 5 bodies , very easy to obtain. "The king of Chinatown" is a good level.

Piano man : Use the piano wire, a cable or other to strangulate 5 enemies / civilian, can be obtained in all the levels.

Reaper man : Use a single shooting reflex to kill 8 enemies / civilian at the same time, it was easier than i thought. In "The king of Chinatown", after the big door, go on the first alley to the left, kill 8 civilians is pretty easy and nobody can see you.

Sandman : Subdue 5 enemies/civilians, can be obtained in all the levels.

Dynasty warriors : Use Katana to kill 9 enemies / civilian, my first try was in the level "Hunter and hunted,Chinese new year", the katana is not far from the place where one of your targets urinates (and dies

);but you'll find a katana in "Blackwater Park, The penthouse".

Dynamite Harry : Kill 5 enemies / civilian with explosives, in "The king of Chinatown", you'll find explosives near the king's car.

Gunslinger : Use a revolver to kill 15 enemies / civilian , very easy too, go in the level "Hunter and hunted, Chinese new year", and enjoy

Bartender : Use a bottle against 5 enemies / civilian, don't throw it, a very good level is "Welcome to Hope".

Champion : Beat 5 enemies / civilian with your hands."Welcome to Hope".

Berseker : Use an axe to kill 5 enemies / civilian, you have two axe in the mission "Rosewood, Orphenage halls".

Brutus : Use a knife to kill 5 enemies / civilian, there are many levels with knife, my favorite is "Attacks of the saints, Cornfields".

Tank : Receive damages 20 times. I'm perplexed about how to do this, but i suppose that it is necessary to get knocked and of take bullets.

Attention don't do this in the prologue mission

Pitcher : You must to do 5 thrown kills on 5 enemies / civilian without being detected . You can easily make that in "Rosewood", but the best mission is "Attack of the Saints, Cornfield" , there is a knife near a car at the start, and don't forget to take the scarecrow disguise to the right from the beginning.

Spook : Use a silent pistol to kill 3 enemies / civilian without being detected. "Attack of the Saints, Cornfield", take the sacecrow disguise, and kill the three fisrt enemies, 1 behind a car, and two in the field.But for more security, kill 1 or two enemies more.

Jinx : Perform 2 accident kills in one level. "Hunter and hunted, Chinese new year" is a good mission.

Maestro : Use a rifle sniper to make 5 shootings in the head without reloading your weapon. "Dexter industries, Factory compound" , you find a sniper rifle to the right at the start next to the enemy who leaves when you approach and fifteen bullets on the point of observation to the right.
I made the trophy "The Russian Hare" in the same time, just reload the checkpoint again and again, it taken me 3 times.

Glass canon : Use a shotgun to kill 3 enemies / civilian without receiving any damages. Some mission in "Hunter and hunted" are good for this, or "Welcome to hope".

Bank robber : Use 3 human shields without killing them. "The king of Chinatown", doing this on civilians, press X and then knock them.

Some titles did not unlocked when i make the conditions, but they are unlocked when i've looked in my stats.Check your progression in the main menu, unlocks, playstyles.

To view your play styles, on the main menu, go to Unlocks > Playstyles. You'll find a list of 20 different styles that need to be unlocked. You will be given clues as to how you are to accomplish these tasks. Screw the clues, just look here;

All of these should unlock after 5 kills, but some may take a few more. Civilians can be used for many of these styles. Note that you cannot make any progress towards achievements, and play styles in the prologue mission - A Personal Contract. Please try not to do anything you don't need to in the Prologue, as you may not unlock the achievement. EDIT: It seems that some people can, but some people still find that they can't unlock styles in this mission.

Two great levels for completing styles are Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year and Welcome to Hope.

All of these styles have been completed on Professional - Hard. You can complete all styles on Easy though, so if you're having any difficulty, feel free to drop the difficulty down a notch.

The game is supposed to give you a notification at the top of the screen, to inform you about completing a play style. Unfortunately, this notification doesn't always appear. If you feel you have completed a play style, drop back to the main menu and check the play styles menu, as it may have unlocked.

A few people would like to see an at-a-glance list of the levels where you can unlock multiple play styles. Of course, you can unlock play styles in different missions, but this is a list of the missions the tips correspond to (missions listed in alphabetical order):

(Note; This is now completed, but I'm open to alternative strategies as I'm only going off of what I found to be the simplest methods in the earlier levels.)

Needle Pumper - Get kills with a syringe. Load up Rosewood - Orphanage Halls, and proceed to the lab (there is a fuse in here). Pick up the syringe on the desk on the far side and start killing enemies with them. I used the Square button kill, but you can also unlock it by throwing it. It took me 6 kills to unlock this.

Undertaker - You need to hide bodies, dead or alive. I loaded up Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year to accomplish this task. I took out the guy who is threatening the store owner, the cop who comes to investigate and the store owner himself. I dumped 2 bodies in the bin, and 1 in the hole. I then took out the guy who is buying the information from the police, the cop he is with, and the cop upstairs. I then dumped the 3 of them and the playstyle unlocked.

Piano Man - You need kills with the fibre wire. Load up any level where you have your fibre wire (The King of Chinatown or Terminus are good), and kill as many people as you can silently.

Reaper Man - Kill targets with point-shooting. I couldn't get this to work until I loaded up Run For Your Life - Shangri-La. I stole a gun from an officer, then proceeded to walk through the building, point-shooting every officer I ran into. It took me 7 kills to unlock it. This appears to be quite buggy.

Sandman - You need to subdue enemies. You can accomplish this on any level, though Terminus - Upper Floors is a good one. When you exit the lift (elevator), head left and around the corridors until you find a radio, and a laundry chute next to it. Grab the radio, and place it near the corner (the corner is the one with the guy stood in front of a window). Turn on the radio and move away from it, so the guy will come to investigate. Let him turn it off and then subdue him and drop him down the chute. Keep switching the radio back on and repeat this process 4 more times (you may need to move the radio to the opposite corner).

Dynasty Warrior - Get kills with a katana. Your first experience with a katana is in Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year. It is located next to the tattoo shop. Grab it and start hacking away at the fleshy things that are trying to run away. The tattoo shop is located up the back right of the level from where you start. If you take a left and continue down till you go down the first set stairs (Not including the stairs you have to go down at the start of the level) then take a right, you will find the shop just past one of the food stalls. Dynamite Harry. You need to blow people up with explosives. Load up The King Of Chinatown and grab the explosives next to the King's car. Drop the explosives near a group of guards, and detonate. Alternatively, load Hunter and Hunted - Chinese New Year and grab the explosives from the room that the target goes to buy information.

Gunslinger - Another rather buggy one. You need to kill enemies with a revolver. The best place for this is Birdie's Gift. When you start, turn around and walk to the door. Berserker - You need to kill people with an axe or tomahawk. Load Welcome to Hope, start the fight and make your way up to the bartender. Alternate strategy, from Santar0s: Dexter Industries - Factory Compound checkpoint. Walk up the stairs and out the cave and follow the guard you can garrote him when he stops to pee. then sneak over to the bridge and push two guards without being spotted. I was in a guard uniform so I can confirm that you do not need to be in the suit.

Maestro - You need to expend a clip of your sniper rifle, earning only head shots and without reloading your weapon. As I haven't unlocked the last mission, I loaded Shaving Lenny - Streets of Hope. Glass Cannon - Shotgun kills. Load up Welcome to Hope, start the fight, walk into the restroom, enter the vent and grab the shotgun from the shelf. Walk out and open fire on some unlucky people. If you are having trouble with it, try getting the kills in a very short space of time.
Alternate strategy, from Slaverty: Also, with glass canon, if you double back through the vent once you have the shotgun, take cover on the right cubicles standing up, aim out over the swing doors and blast as many folk in the head with the first shot, this unlocked it in one shot for me.

Bank Robber - Take Human Shields. Load up The King of Chinatown and walk to an area where there isn't a guard presence, and draw your weapons. Get behind people and press A to take them as a human shield. Press Square to then knock them out and repeat on other people.

There are a total of 20 different play styles that you earn. They can be viewed in the Unlocks section from the main menu. There is a hidden amount you must complete for each, so just keep doing the task to gain them. A lot of them can be done on civilians in crowded areas such as Chinatown, so don't make them harder than they have to be. They unlock and show you a notification when you meet the requirements while in the mission.

Needle Pumper: Stealth Kill with Syringes 5 times. You can technically be spotted and hide somewhere, then stealth kill people as they are hunting you. There is a syringe in the mission "Rosewood" right by the first fuse you must collect as part of an obejective.
Undertaker: Hide 5 bodies. As you kill enemies, just remember to hide them.
Piano Man: Kill 5 people with the garrot (your wire) via steath.
Reaper Man: Use Point Shooting to kill 8 enemies. This seems tough at first but it's not. Civilians count and shotguns can actually be used for Point Shooting. In Chinatown this works very well if you have a shotgun and full instinct.
Sandman: Subdue 3 people. This should come naturally as you play.

Dynamite Harry: Get 5 kills with remote explosives.Extremely easy in Chinatown. In the first Chinatown you come across on the second level, there are explosives in an alley on the left near a yellow car (go up the stairs). They should all die in one shot if you aimed correctly. If you still have instinct left just go around and kill each police officer and other civilians with point shooting. You can refill your instinct bar by picking up the evidence on the table in the pagoda.

Sandman - Silently subdue 3 enemies in a row.

To subdue an enemy go up behind them while unarmed and press , then mash (Don't snap neck). There is plenty of chances to get this and I personally got this during the mission Attack of the Saints, cornfield. Subdue the guy kneeling by the car and the two in the cornfield to the right, hit the car first before you go in so the two split.

Dynasty Warrior - 5 kills in a row with the katana.

The first time you encounter the katana is during the Chinese New Year part of the Hunter and Hunted mission. As soon as you enter the area go towards where the sports car was during the 2nd mission. On a stand next to a chef who is standing still is the sword.

Dynamite Harry - Multi-Kill will Explosive

I got this on the mission The King of Chinatown. Go down the alleyway on the left hand side with the sports car, kill the cop here silently. Now go up the small stairs and pick up the explosives. Bring it to the pagoda, what you want to do is throw it into the center of the pagoda and detonate it straight away. I got 5 kills I think and the play style unlocked.

I got this in the cornfield during the mission Attack of the Saints, which is by far the easiest way to get the play style. You start off near one of the saints and some enemies, hide behind the car until they leave saying sweep the cornfield in a 2x2 formation. One of them will stop and kneel behind a car, there's an agency knife right by him. Pick the knife up and throw it at his head, kill number 1. Now look to your right and you'll see two enemies in the cornfield itself, creep in and from afar throw the knife at the guy at the back, kill number 2. The other guy will notice his dead friend and will either walk to the right or directly forwards looking for a culprit, as he's walking away get behind him and throw the knife at his head, kill number 3. You now want to creep to the dirt path where an enemy should be walking up and down, kill him when he is about midway from the start of the path and the house so the saint doesn't see, kill number 4. For the final kill throw it at either guard that is guarding the path, play style unlocks.

Spook - 3 silent animated kills with a silenced hand gun, don't get spotted.

I got this during the Chinese New Year part of Hunter and Hunted. I killed one of the targets with the gas pump (Located near where the exit was on the 2nd mission). I then went where the sports car was in the 2nd mission and waited until the next target walks down the alleyway with a chef. When they are under the 500lb hoisted weight suspended in the air, shoot the metal chain. It should kill both and the play style will unlock.

Maestro - 5 head shots in a row with a sniper, without reloading.

I got this during Absolution, cemetery entrance. What you want to do is aim at the at guys at the back, make sure you get headshots. You need to fire your entire 5 clip round into 5 enemy heads, you can't miss any shots or reload. To help aim, hold down halfway then release it fully to shoot. The trophy will unlock after the 5th headshot.

Glass Cannon - Kills with the police shotgun

During the mission Welcome to hope go into the toilets and wait for the police officer to leave, then climb through the vent. The above solutions are all great describing each special kill but this is a solution for if you have a couple of play styles that seem to be glitching on you. I had two that would not count no matter how many times I tried (Bank Robber and Maestro). All other play styles I was able to get on Easy but the last two. I went back to title screen, did level select but changed difficulty to Normal. First try I got both play styles.

16: Spook (Ghost) - Kill 3 people in a row with a pistol with a silencer while sneaking up from behind. Easily done in any episode.

17: Jinx (Evil Eye) - Set up an accident.

18: Maestro (Maestro) - Without raising an alarm, kill 5 people in the head with a sniper rifle. Easily done at the Factory Territory level.

19: Glass Cannon - Kill 5 people at once with a shotgun.

20: Bank Robber - Use a civilian as a human shield 3 times.
