Hitman: Absolution

This achievement tasks you with eliminating Birdies rival, The King of Chinatown.

Since this achievement is pretty straightforward and can be completed in multiple ways, I'll just explain how to complete this objective like a silent assassin.

HOW TO DO IT

You will complete the challenge "Drop Dead" if you follow this method and are playing on normal or higher, which consists of you dropping a scaffold on the kings head.

As soon as you exit the starting gate, head to Chinatown square pagoda and stand outside the pagoda and listen to the King. He will rouse his men, then proceed to call "Snowman" his dealer for drugs. Wait until the the end of the call, then proceed along the left side of the pagoda, until you see a street on the left with a van and a doorway and two police officers. For future reference, that doorway is the exit.

On the right side of this street, you'll see a chain-link fence with a dumpster behind it, proceed toward it and crouch behind the dumpster, and wait for your target. You should see a crane holding wooden planks above the van, what you'll need to do is shoot the base of the chain when the target is under it causing it to fall on his head. This may require a bit of waiting, but as long as you triggered the event by overhearing his phone call the target will turn up. Using instinct on lower difficulty's will let you track his progress from your position.

After the target is eliminated simply come out from cover and proceed to the door right across from you.

If you follow this guide correctly you will get "Kingslayer" and "Silent Assassin" if you haven't already.

EDIT: On an unrelated note, as of the 21/11/12 I highly advise anyone playing the storyline to regularly BACKUP their saves, as their is a corrupt save bug going around, (Its happened to me twice) this is just an unrelated warning, so that the same doesn't happen to you.
