A really easy way to achieve this, is on the mission "The King of Chinatown". Once you open the gate and have to locate the King, run (or speed walk) all the way to the exit to the area on the far side.

When you get there, you will see 3 police officers stood together. Just hold RB and press X. You will enter Point Shooting. Hold LT to aim, and press RT to "tag" the heads of all 3 enemies. Now press X to execute the manoeuvre, and achievement unlocked!

I was able to get this one just now by hitting 1 cop, A cook and a random dude in the crowd...

Yeah, you put too much thought into it. I went into Chinatown and killed the 1st three people I saw. Achievement popped!

I did write the guide moments after getting the game, and was not aware you could kill civilians to get it.

This can be done on any difficulty and as early on as mission 2. You must have instinct. Hold and press . Aim for 3 headshots on the enemies and press again to kill all 3.

The earliest you can do this is during King of Chinatown.

The simple and most effective way of doing this is shoot civilians as soon as you start the mission. You can die as soon as the trophy pops to resume the mission as normal.

If you do not remember the tutorial for point shooting then here you go.
1. Press and hold

to use your instinct.
2. Press

to activate point shooting.
3. As soon as things slow down, press

on 3 of the civilians heads.
4. Release with

.

If all 3 die from the point shooting the trophy will unlock.

You will definitely get this just by playing, but if you want the trophy as soon as you can then the earliest you can do it is level 2, The King of Chinatown. As soon as you go out the door into Chinatown press and hold to use your instinct, then press to activate point shooting. Just press on 3 of the civilians heads, then execute with . If all 3 die from the point shooting the trophy will unlock

Can be completed on Mission 2 and beyond. You must have instinct to use point shooting.. Hold and press . Aim for 3 headshots on the enemies, holding to aim and to tag. Press again to kill all 3. If you want this quickly, when you start Mission 2: The King of Chinatown, head to the central area where the target is. There are 3 policemen. You may execute them all with point and shoot to gain the achievement, and then just reload your checkpoint.

For this you will need to find 3 NPC's and enter point shooting mode. The harder the game's difficulty, the faster the PS meter will burn down, so this is best done on easy if you want it the fastest way. Once in PS you must aim and click at the 3 NPC's heads each and then activate PS. You can tell if it is a headshot by the red 'X', which is a killing shot. If yellow, it will only wound the NPC, which only happens if you aim at their body and not the head. 47 will automaticly shoot all 3 NPC's in the head and this achievement will unlock.
