- You found your way through the mines

This is the mission after leaving Lenny in the desert, you start in some high up wooden buildings and eventually make your way down to the mines. You just need to sneak through here however you want and when you emerge into the sunlight and see the silenced sniper on your right, you should get the achievement.

Side note: This is a good spot to get "The Russian Hare" achievement as you can pick up the Sniper and go up the stairs on your right and get more ammo. Simply shoot everyone you see and then reload the checkpoint until you have the achievement. From my counting you could get around 9 people before reloading the checkpoint.

I may or may not have found a bug of the good kind. I played a contract to get the "Set for life" achievement. The contract was set on this level and I spawned in the mine. As soon as I stepped out of the mine this achievement popped without playing the level in single player. Have anyone else encountered this?
