The easiest way to complete this level is by starting a bar fight.
You can do so by either punching anybody, or by walking in to the restroom on the right and pulling the level next to the door. This will also earn you an easter egg (you'll know it when you see it).
During the bar fight, you can just walk all the way through the bar to the bartender. You may get caught in a fight, at which point you will need to press B, tap X and then press either A or Y to beat your opponent.

While this is story related and indeed cannot be missed, I will try to provide a detailed account of how to unlock this trophy.
DISCLAIMER: I will only be posting the solution that worked for ME and my PLAY STYLE! There are other solutions. Feel free to add them.
I will discuss Great Balls of Fire as if you are NOT starting the bar fight solution.
The main objective is to cross the bar in order to get to a person with information on Lenny. This task can be obtained by avoiding local patrons taking suspicious interest in you.
Keep away from the two main entrances because they are watched by bouncers.
Use the side hallway instead to get to the bathroom. On higher difficulties you'll encounter around 2 cops in this area. Subdue or kill them and hide bodies quickly. (in the bathroom stalls) Take a Hope police officer disguise when you have this costume you may return to the beginning area and the bar without incident. Look out for two policemen standing next to the stairs leading to the bar. You can try to distract them by throwing bottles or sneak past them using Instinct.
SIDE NOTE: You can use the ventilation shaft in the bathroom that will lead you to a small room where Evidence will be.
In the last part of the bar you'll encounter more persons which should be avoided, including two officers sitting at one of the tables. Try to reach the bartender as fast as possible and press interact key/button
to question this character.
Trophy should pop as soon as you do this.
