In order to get this one, you need 47 PRECISION headshots.
This means holding RT halfway down (which slows down time) and then making the kill. Normal headshots do not count.

A fast and easy way to do this, is in the last level. You start out with a silenced sniper rifle, and you can simply reload the checkpoint every time without losing your kills.

Hi folks
Just another option for getting this achievement which I think requires less checkpoint reloading.
I got mine on the Factory Compound section of Dexter Industries.
At the start of the level, just walk up and pick up the sniper rifle, walk upstairs to the small platform on your tight and start picking off guards. Kill the guards on the bridge first to get the 'Under the Bridge' chalenges too.
There seems to be plenty of willing guards appear waiting to get their head blown off!!
Didn't take me long doing it this way, but remember and hold RT halfway to get the presicion aspect of the shot before unleashing the fatal shot.

You dont have to wait for the last level to do this. Its easy to do this on the gun shop level.

At the start walk around the shop, pull the power breaker making sure no one sees you.

The guy behind the counter will leave, go through the door behind it and out the door to the right.

Run all the way to the back of the gun range throught the trench,grab the sniper, it comes with about 40 ammo.

Now just pop the heads off everyone at the gun range, this should get you about 20 kills. You must make sure each shot is in slowmo mode, to do this just slowly squeeze RT.

Ones everyone is dead hit restart checkpoit, should take 3 runs, 10 minutes total.

I just got this using a method not posted here, so I figured I'd share it. On the mission "End of the Road" you can either kill Lenny or drive away. There is a sniper rifle on the left in the trunk. Simply pick it up and get a precision head shot on Lenny as he's walking away. The only downside is that you have to reload the checkpoint after each kill, but if you're quick that shouldn't be a problem. Toward the end I was getting a head shot every 5-7 seconds or so, and the whole thing took me less than 10 minutes.

Can be obtained in the final mission, you will start with a sniper rifle. Start from the very back and work your way to the front until you run out of ammo, once you have just get yourself killed or if easier just restart checkpoint. Keep doing this until you unlock the trophy.

You can slow down time and get headshots easily by holding lightly, then fully pulling it when you have a clear shot. There are a few levels with the sniper rifle so you can just keep playing those sections until you run out of ammo or die. The best level to attempt this is the last level called Absolution. The very start of the level arms you with a sniper rifle that has a silencer. You can pick off multiple enemies and just reload your checkpoint.

If you die you will not lose out on headshot progress, same goes for restarting checkpoints. They also have to be precision headshots, not regular headshots.
