Hitman: Blood Money

Looking at the comments above I thought I'd write a more in depth guide for this achievement. I would like to thank The Movielife though, that guide did help me get it, and I will be heavily referencing his posted list to help me write this guide.

Firstly though a general guide on what counts and what doesn't. Only guns count for this achievement, the nail gun and various household items don't count and don't need to be collected. Also, only guns you can keep after you complete the level count, which means the Custom 1911 does not count. You can see how many you have towards this achievement by entering a level menu and on the select weapons before starting, scroll down below your sniper and see the extra weapons you've collected. You need every weapon in the list to appear in that list to count.

To get the weapons to count you need to collect them from a mission, which means you need to complete the mission and escape with the weapon in your possession. However, weapons stored in ICA weapons boxes (the boxes your big weapons are left in for you to collect if you select them, will be shown on the map) also count as being in your possession, so you can put a larger weapon in them to avoid having to carry it with you. Only one big weapon fits in the boxes though, so if you want to grab two, you're going to need to carry one with you, with the consequences that entails. I recommend playing through on rookie difficulty for this achievement, as you will find it a lot easier to get the big guns if you can kill everyone in your way. It's also worth having the game completed on that campaign so you have fully upgraded Silver Ballers and whatever other guns you like using (as well as all the armour of course), this can be a fun achievement, no reason to make it harder than needed.

And one final note, a lot of these guns can be found on multiple levels, I'm just doing my best to make a quick guide where you get the most amount of guns possible on each level. If you already have one, just don't pick it up, and if you can think of somewhere better, feel free to comment.

** next to a weapon means there are 2 large guns which are too big to carry together, and one will need to be stored in the ICA (or just in a suitcase where possible) in order to get them both out on the same run through. You do not have to do them on the same run though, any weapon you get is saved and you don't need to get it again.

All the 'outside' guards (Suit Guard) have one, shouldn't be hard to find.

Snub Nosed
Don Fernando Delgado (Upstairs target) has one.
The guy with Manuel Delgado (The client, not a target) has one.

SAF SMG
All the 'inside' guards (Suit VIP Guard) should have one.

TMP
Manuel Delgado (the target who goes in to the Drug Lab area with a client) has one

GUNS TO COLLECT ON - "A New Life"

Bull.480
Vinnie (Target to kill) in "A New Life" has one.

SLP.40 Pistol
Most of the FBI agents have one.

Air Rifle
From where you start the mission follow the road around the first left corner, run along the road, past the clown car, take another left (still following the road) and run in a straight line, and you'll see a woman tending a flower bed. Enter the garden behind her and you'll find a tree house, inside is the air rifle.

Desert Eagle
Mark Purayah Jr (target waiting for the diamond delivery) has one on him.

SLP.40.S
The female target, Angelina Mason, has one. She's the target you need to collect the walkie talkie off to find the sniper's spot.

KAZO TRG**
Raymond, the guy you find by picking up the walking talkie from Angelina, has this in whatever room he is in.

SG552**
This weapon is resting on the table next to Mark Purayah Jr (the guy waiting for the diamond delivery - also a target) on The Murder of Crows.

MP9
Any of the yellow bird guards protecting Mark Purayah Jr has one.

GUNS TO COLLECT ON - "Till Death Us Do Part"

Six Shooter
Most party goers have one on this level. The easiest to get though, when you're heading in to to party area (the grassy outside bit with the dance floor) double back on yourself and cross the little bridge leading to the dark destroyed little room. You'll see a guy stumbling towards you, you can get an entry suit, party invitation and six shooter from him.

Elephant Rifle
From the front door, head upstairs and turn left (party goers aren't allowed here btw) and left again so you're coming back across the balcony overlooking the stairs. The door on your right leads through to a room with a TV on. On the wall the tv is facing you'll find a gun on a small rack. You can openly carry this gun if you're wearing the Gangmaster Suit.

GUNS TO COLLECT ON - "A Dance With The Devil"

FN-2000**
Anthony Martinez (corrupt CIA agent - target) has a case with him, which contains this weapon.

MP5
Maynard John, the bartender in the hell section of the party has one. This is the guy who when you approach says he knows who you are and to meet him in the torture chamber for a duel. Bring guns.

Dragonov**
In the heaven section, after obtaining Anthony Martinez gold devil suit, go in to the angel room with the singer, run to the front of the stage and then stand to the left of it. Dont try to go up but wait and the singer will have noticed you and she'll come down and tell you to follow her. Follow her out of that room, through another door leading to a corridor, and she'll unlock and enter a door on your right. She will attack you when you enter, so kill her and then grab the laptop data in the room. As you look at the desk from where you entered, the case containing this sniper rifle is resting on the back left of the desk.

M14
Almost every dress guard has one, they're the big rifle's they're carrying. You can simply kill one on the way out and take his gun with you.

This is my own video guide for collecting all weapons.
All levels are played on Pro difficulty, with the weapons locations and i try to get the Silent Assassin rank at the same time when possible.
Unless it is not possible to get both at the same time, i do the weapon run first then the rank after.
Since the main point of the videos for this achievement is the weapons, feel free to watch at least how to obtain them then how i end the level, if you dont care about the rank then skip the rest of the video. Weapons are listed and timed in the description of each video.
Iyerbeth wrote an excelent guide and this is pretty much the video demo for it (But not an intentional effort from me) Since these are really the best levels to do the achievement in a quiet way, specially on Pro.
All the items i buy in the videos is pretty much all you need to get everything from beginning until the end of the game if you're planning on doing this
achievement on pro with SA Rank. (And the Rank achievement.) However of course the vids can also be used to search and collect weapons in any difficutly you're playing. I hope you enjoy. (A quick note, english is not my native tongue so im sry for any mistakes)

The most difficult weapons to obtain in the game are the ones that cannot be hidden in your pocket and you have to run past the guards to deposit them in the ICA Crate or to Exit of the mission. While keeping the weapon in view, someone may notice us and make it much more difficult to complete the level. Fortunately, a very interesting glitch has been found in the game that allows us to run with weapons in front of enemies and they will not attack us. All you have to do is hold the long rifle in your left hand and take out the detonator in right hand. In this magical way no one will react what we holding in our hands :)
