How to unlock the Come Prepared achievement in HITMAN - Definitive Guide

Once you have reached at least Hokkaido Mastery Level 3, select the Situs Invertus story mission. Select Planning, choose a smuggled item and change the Starting Location to anything other than the default. Start the mission and the achievement will unlock as soon as the mission starts.
