How to unlock the Contract Assassin achievement in HITMAN - Definitive Guide

Just a note : It seems that some people are having issues with the contracts, I'm not sure why this is going on

OK so I have made some very easy contracts for you guys to do
and you will not need any of the DLC levels. Go to Contracts and then lookup Contract and put the numbers in.

All the kills are right next to the exit at the start of the level.

ICA Facility.

All kills and be done under 20 Seconds and using the ICA19 Pistol you start with this gun. Go for a head shot

As you come in to the level hold down RB so you can see who to kill they will be in RED that's who to kill.

3-013-281474-59 1 kill = Guard

3-01-6756395-59 1 kill = Guard

3-01-0057730-59 2 kills = Guards


3-01-2223195-59 1 kill = Worker

3-01-3431272-59 2 kills = Workers

3-01-5116362-59 1 kill = Worker


3-01-5941919-59 2 kills = Guard and a Worker

3-01-6061325-59 3 kills = Both Guards and a Worker

3-01-8151528-59 3 kills = Both Workers and Guard

3-01-3001507-59 4 kills = Both Guards and Both Workers

It seems you can just add me then look at friends maps...

I agree with dodgerofjam that these would be easier to type if formatted correctly with the dashes. Instead of typing them out, I just added the OP as a friend and then was able to filter by friend's contracts. No typing in any numbers required.

No need to worry about the dashes, just go to contract look up and type in only the numbers. Works like a charm and thanks for doing this Chaos!

Cant start Contracts, I dont know why...almost tried everything possible. Even reinstalling the game, resetting cache etc.

Must be something with the servers. They probably shut down the servers for the contracts... too bad i was 1 day too late (last unlock was Feb 7th)

Might as well use these. The contracts lists are clogged with crappy fan-made garbage so it's really hard to find a decent one on your own.

easiest to find if you just add this guy as a friend and then search for Friend created maps. (lol I just noticed that he added this advice at the bottom)

. Then replay it 8 more times. They don't have to be different contracts

Just a couple of small suggestions... maybe mention that you can plug in a USB keyboard to enter the contract ID.
Also, would be ideal if the IDs were formatted as they are in the game, i.e. 3-01-3281474-59

It appears that the requirement for this achievement has changed since the earlier solutions were posted. You no longer have to play 10 different contracts. You can just keep replaying the same contract ten times and it will count each time (you can, of course, verify this by checking your achievement tracker).

Very easy when combined with

HITMANTop of the ClassThe Top of the Class achievement in HITMAN worth 63 pointsSet the high score on a Contract.

Just keep selecting Replay each time you finish the easy mission you created, and you can have this done in less than 5 minutes.

look for the target Luca Wood. He is the guard at the front gate. Head shot from where you start and finish mission button is right next to you. Mission takes 10 secs. At the debriefing screen hit replay and do it again.

This was easy to do as there are a lot of contracts already setup for the "Top of the Class" achievement.
1. Just go to Contracts
2. Contract search
3. Select the tags
-"ICA Facility: Prologue"
-"1 Target"
4. Select "Go Search"

Most of them are to just kill the guard, Luca Wood, at the front gate. Hope this helps.

Good solution - no need to fuss about with typing in the codes. Also, the game shows checkmarks next to the ones you've already done so it's easy not to repeat.

you have to complete 10 different contract missions!

select contracts and go to latest contracts and pick 10 from there look for 1 target missions to speed things up.

This achievement can both be done very quickly and in combination with the " Top of the Class" achievement. This is a guide for both of these together. First, make a contract to simply kill the guard outside the gate. Then, load up the contract you just created and play it SLOWLY. You can just sit behind cover for a minute or so before you kill him and finish the level. After that just keep hitting replay to go through the contract as many times as needed. You should be able to finish it in about 15 seconds, and after the first "fast" playthrough you will get the "Top of the Class" achievement. Just keep going through as many times as needed to pop it.

Obviously you can just choose 10 random contracts and complete them in order to unlock this, but the quick way is to do a contract search for
* ITA Facility
* One Target
* Pistol
Then deliberately choose a contract where the victim is Luca Wood (you'll have to open the contract to confirm the name); about half to two-thirds of your results will likely be contracts for him. He is the guard patrolling right in front of the gate at the starting location. Play the contract, shoot him in the head, hit the exit button.

Repeat the search and choose a different version of the identical contract (the one's you've completed have check marks); this same contract keeps getting created by different people over and over again because it's one of the easiest ways to get

so there are lots of this identical contract available.

Once you've done this 10 times you'll unlock the achievement. Each of these contracts can be completed in 10-15 seconds, so you'll spend a lot more time on the loading and searching screens than the actual game play.

You can play Contracts by pressing L1 or R1 from the main menu of Hitman. Once selected, you have the option of playing "Featured Contracts," "My Contracts," or "Latest Contracts."

Featured Contracts are Contract Missions that are showcased by the developer.
My Contracts are Contract Missions that you have created.
Latest Contracts are Contract Missions that other users have created recently.

Each category counts towards the trophy.

A Contract counts towards completion when you kill the mission-specific target and escape. Select "Exit to Main Menu" at the mission complete screen. If you fulfill additional mission requirements during the contract mission (Optional Objectives like wearing a specific outfit or killing the target with a specific weapon), you will have a significant score increase when you successfully escape the mission area.

Keep in mind a completed Contract doesn't count towards the trophy score until you choose to "Exit to the Main Menu" at the mission complete screen. From my experience, "replayed" Contract missions do not count towards the 10 needed for trophy unlock.

*If you have replayed Contracts and had it count towards the trophy, please let me know and I will edit the solution*

I've found the fastest way to complete Contracts is to select from the Latest Contracts and search for simple one target contracts people have created. Mostly they've made it for the "Top of the Class" trophy but it's also a good opportunity for you to get the trophy too.

There's no way to keep track of how many Contracts you've completed from the game menu. If you'd like, you may want to keep track of how many you've completed so you're not guessing but it is only 10 so it's up to you.

You can tell how many you’ve done by viewing My History. It wouldn’t pop for me doing the same one 10 times (even exiting to the Main Menu each time). I had to do 10 separate contracts.

Yes it has to be different contracts. Good news is that there are many contracts that are super easy, made solely for this trophy.

There's also a search function where you can choose specific rules of Contracts you want, like amount of targets, which disguise is needed and more. This search also includes a title search, where you can search for names for Contracts.

You can just search for "trophy" as, the name and countless Contracts pop up where you simply have to kill the first few enemies of a level without any other requirements. This means you can complete each Contract in less than half a minute.

Contracts is a mode that is the closest thing the game has to multiplayer. One person will play through a level and pick a target. The target can be absolutely anybody. When they complete the mission upon killing whoever they selected as their target, it is published for all Hitman players around the world to experience for themselves. There are thousands of contracts spread across all the levels to choose from, so it is fully encouraged to pick whatever ones you want to do, as they can either quite enjoyable or extremely difficult!

However you do this, upon completing the tenth Contract, the achievement will unlock.

The easiest way to do this is by searching for contracts with a filter: training location, one goal, killing with a pistol, we go through until the trophy falls out, and we have to go through different ones (not the same one) after each we press exit to the menu.

In the contracts menu there are tabs "Featured Contracts" (contracts from developers) Latest Contracts (from players) The trophy is awarded for completing 10 such contracts. The contract is considered completed after clicking the Exit to the Main Menu button in the results window after completing the mission . If you click Replay right away, the contract will not be counted; you need to complete different tasks.
