HITMAN

Here is my Silent Assassin, Suit Only Walkthrough of this mission. If you follow the strategy and complete the mission the first time, you will earn 15 challenges (list below) and you are directly level 7 for this location.

My strategy is as first obtain the biolab keycard and the USB Dongle, then I kill
Silvio Caruso, then Francesca De Santis and as last I destroy the virus and leave the mission.

This is a walkthrough of the Sapienza mission, the second downloadable episode of Hitman.

Some of the challenges don't show during the video because I have already reached max rank by this point and completed most of them. You might find you complete a few additional challenges I haven't noted.

I cover off the following challenges with some reasonable XP gains during this playthrough:

Absolution challenge | Get inside the morgue. Do not get spotted.
Getting Access challenge | Get a keycard for the mansion lab.
No Evidence challenge | Complete World of Tomorrow with no bodies found. If you are detected by cameras, delete the security tapes.
Eliminating the Competition challenge | Destroy the virus.
A Family Affair challenge | Find Silvio Caruso's family video.
Palgue-arism challenge | Assassinate Silvio Caruso with an amputation knife while disguised as the plague doctor.
Hold My Hair challenge | Assassinate a target by drowning them.
Love Triangle challenge | Hide Francesca De Santis and the golf coach in the same closet.

I wanted to add that you need to make a save right before you finish this or any of the other Episodes. That way you can do the partial run for Opportunities or Challenges and just load up this finished save and hit the End Mission button. This can also help pop some of the achievements that require you to finish to mission to receive. For ne this was
