HITMAN

Take the Jaeger-7 Sniper (Paris Mastery Level 5 Unlock) and stash in it the ICA Safehouse (you can also start from there). Sneak near the Shore and shoot the Bells on the Ship the following Order to unlock the Achievement. (I thought with last Patch you didn't need to complete the Level to save a Challenge as completed ... but that seems not the case.)

Since aiming is horrible in this game I recommend aiming with the right stick and then move with left stick to fine tune your shot

Start the mission with the Jaeger-7 sniper rifle waiting in the ICA Safe House (building to the right of the Villa's main gate). Grab the sniper and leave the safe house through the bathroom. Walk along a thin ledge over to an open window leading to the kitchen. Sneak past the cooks, out to an open patio, then follow the cliff-side around the next building.

Follow the path until you see a guard leaning on a railing. Distract him with a coin and continue down the path on the right. There will be another guard along this path, so be ready to take him out. Continue down to a short wall facing the ocean.

With the rifle, look for a lone boat in the distance with 4 bells on it. Shooting these bells, in the right order, will summon the Kraken and unlock your achievement!
- First one is halfway up the left most sail.
- Second is on the very front of the boat ( I don't know the proper boating terms).
- Third is on the top of the middle sail.
- And the fourth is in the right side of the cabin.

If like me you’re struggling to hit the bells from the observatory, instead I found it easier to do this by starting at Sapienza Ruins and smuggling the sniper rifle to the pickup in the ruins. (You’ll need to get pretty far in the mastery to unlock the starting point and the agency pickup).

Climb to the top of the tower in the ruins and dispose of the guard at the top. His back is to you so a gentle push would be ideal.

Now look out towards the boat and you’ll see that it’s a bit closer to here than to the observatory balcony.

The Jaeger 7 lancer is a good choice here because, while not silenced, it has a double zoom, and you’ll be able to get all your shots away before anyone can get to you.

Hit the bells in the same order specified in the other guides (Left, right, top, bottom), and boom!

Like King fiShiZ i have uploaded a video to show I was able to get this achievement whilst still being seen via the kitchen and guards being alerted.

Okay, so it seems like a few people are having the same issue as me. You hit the bell, you know for a fact that it didn't miss, but all you hear is the bullet casing fall to the ground. No bell ringing, and it's driving you insane, right?
Well I don't know if recent updates took away the rings, but go ahead and move onto the next bell. When you know you've hit it, proceed on. Make sure to use to move left and right when aiming; it's much better than trying to shift left or right with the
