How to unlock the Master of Old and New achievement in HITMAN - Definitive Guide

This is done in Episode 6: Japan. To begin, obtain the director's disguise and head to the kitchen. Once in the kitchen, take out the two chefs, steal a chef disguise and use the knife to get poison from the fugu fish in the walk in refrigerator. Head up to the sushi station and prepare the sushi, do not serve it to anyone except the target. After poisoning Yamazuki, head back to the kitchen and get the director's disguise and head up to the mainframe. Cause the mainframe to reboot and then remove the parts in the order shown on the mainframe reboot screen. Finally, access the computer outside of the mainframe room to kill Soders for your achievement / trophy.

Great video just want to say you don’t have to do it in one playtru, I did the robin kill in one set then did the sushi kill on a different playtru. Thumbs up from me.

This achievement is tied to two of the mission’s opportunities. You can track both of them right from the start.

To kill Yamasaki with the fugu sushi, sneak into the kitchen down below the bar. You will see two chefs following a set pattern where they talk to each other. I would suggest trying to get one of their disguises. If you don’t have a coin, you can go to the back and turn on the sink and subdue him while he cleans it. Take his disguise and grab the kitchen knife on the counter behind him. Go into the meat locker in the corner of the room and you will see the fugu fish. Interact with it and it will be added to your inventory. Go back up to the bar and go all the way across the room to where the sushi is prepared. Poison the sushi with the fugu and then prepare it. Wait until Yamasaki walks near the counter to hit to serve. She will eat it and die immediately after.

To kill Soders with the arms, you will need to get the disguise of the doctor that has access to the mainframe. The doctor himself is never alone, but there is a way to force it. In the kitchen below the bar (where we got the fugu), there is a vial of rat poison hidden in a corner. Pick it up and go upstairs to the bar. On the end of the table there is a lone dish by where the bartender stands. Keep the chef disguise on and poison it with the rat poison. The bartender can see through your disguise so make sure to do it when he isn’t looking. Wait for the doctor to come into the room and he will eat the dish on his way out and get sick. Follow him into the bathroom, subdue him, take his clothes, and hide his body in the closet. Now, go into the building where Soders is being operated on. Make your way up to where the main console is located. Sabotage the mainframe in the correct order for it to shut off the safety mechanisms of the arms (a pattern will be flashed in the middle of the console so you know what order to sabotage the consoles in). Once it is disabled, go outside the room and interact with the terminal to cause the arms to malfunction. They will stab Soders's body multiple times all over and kill him in a very painful way.

Once both of these are accomplished, the achievement will unlock.
