I’m having trouble with this one. Any 10 opportunities in the game are marked as done, counter stops at 90%. So right now I even don’t know which one was not counted. Any ideas?

For anyone having trouble getting this to unlock despite all 10 opportunities being marked as complete - this fixed it for me:
Delete your save data from your console only, restart the game and do not sync your save data when prompted. When you start up the level, all of your opportunities should have reset. Completing another opportunity again should make it pop, I completed “Catharsis.”
