Very simple achievement that requires the completion of the showstopper mission at least once. Killing both targets should allow you enough points to unlock a new starting location and cover. When you load up the mission for a replay choose a starting location that's not the main entrance and choose to leave an item in the agency drop at the stairwell. Achievement will unlock at the beginning of the level.

I unlocked this on my second playthrough of the mission before escalations and elusive targets were a thing so completing the mission once successfully is absoloutely enough to unlock another starting location.

Completing The Showstopper mission once is not enough. To unlock additional Starting Locations you need to increase your Paris Mastery Level by completing online Challenges. You can now also increase your level by playing online Escalations and Elusive Targets, so it's possible to get this achievement at the start of your first playthrough of The Showstopper.

This is very easy and you do NOT need to complete the mission first.
On the planning screen, choose the following:
Starting Location: Undercover in Kitchen
Smuggled Item: Anything that's unlocked for you for both content and location
You should these options open to you already.
As you can see, I unlocked this achievement before completing the actually mission.

In order to be able to select a Starting Location and use an Agency Pickup during the same run you have to reach the Mastery level 3 by completing the Challenges.

All you have to do is select a different starting location and gear smuggle location (you can smuggle anything like a heavy weapon or even another piece of small gear that you didn’t have room for).
