Impalement - No Absolution for the Wicked
Once you arrive at the top of the church you simply need to push him onto the steeple when he leans on the rail.
Pen - Above the Law
Once you have arrived in your office, Abiatti will tell his guards to leave, then he will turn his back to you and lean on the desk, walk up behind him and press

Follow the Opportunity until your bring Abiatti to the dock, when he begins posing for the camera, pull RT to set off the fireworks and eliminate him. (The guards might attack you after you set them off but as long as Abiatti dies, it will count towards the achievement)

All three must be done in separate playthroughs. One a kill is complete and the game saves you can replan the mission and go for your next kill rather than running to an escape point. Each kill and its setup will unlock challenges.

All three of the assassination methods described in this achievement's description are tied to different opportunities for this mission. As a result, they can all be tracked as soon as the mission begins.
In order to kill Abiatti by impalement, you will want to follow the "No Absolution for the Wicked" opportunity. Follow the cues to lure Abiatti to the top of the church. Once you are here, simply push him over the ledge when he goes to lean on the railing and he will fall onto the steeple.
In order to kill Abiatti with a pen, you will want to follow the "Above the Law" opportunity. Follow the cues to get inside his office under disguise. When he arrives, he will dismiss his guards and eventually turn his back to you, leaning on the desk. When this happens, get behind him and press 
to smash his head down onto the pen on the desk.
In order to kill Abiatti by a fireworks explosion, you will want to follow the "Dynamite Smile" opportunity. Follow the cues to lure Abiatti to the docks for a small photo session. When the politician begins to pose, activate the camera (
) to detonate the fireworks.
The achievement will finally unlock once you have killed Abiatti in all three manners.
