This achievement pertains to getting all the melee weapons on the Silent Assassin game.
There are 6 melee weapons that you need to pick up, 3 of which are knives and can be concealed while the other 3 need to be held when they are carried out. Allow me to elaborate, that the weapons need to be on 47's person when the mission ends for the weapon to count. This might mean you have to re-do some missions particularly if you're also going for SA rank.
Also note, that if you take a weapon into a mission and return without it, then it will be lost from your weapons shed and you will need to find it again. If you need to re-do a mission then this can be done from 47's laptop at the Church.
Kitchen Knife - Level it is found in - Anathema
This can be found on the first contracted level. In the kitchen on the first floor there will be a cook. She is holding onto a cooking knife. Simply kill her or knock her out and take the knife for yourself. If you've sounded the alarm, she can normally be found running around the villa screaming.
Golf Club - Level it is found in -Anathema
This can also be found in Anathema. There are two to my knowledge. One will be in the bedroom of the Villa. Right next to the bed it will be leaning on a stool. The other, will likely either be in the hands of the villa boss, or it will be left outside on the ledge. Take either and escape with it in your possession.
Combat Knife - Level it is found in - Tubeway Torpedo
This will be found on your target of this level. He will be situated on the lowest floor in the compound.
Scalpel - Level it is found in - Terminal Hospitality
This can be found in the basement of the hospital. There will be some flashing "!" exclamation points in some of the smaller rooms. There will be a scalpel in one of these rooms.
Katana - Level it is found in - Shogun Showdown.
You can actually get this in the level before as well, but I personally got it from this level. There will be a few ninjas hiding around in the rafters of some of the floors. If you kill one of these ninjas you will be able to pick up their katana. This will also unlock another achievement called "Samurai Gaijin". The target of this level also has a Katana.
Fire Axe - Level it is found in - Basement Killing
This can be found in the Fire Dept. in the North-west section of the map. If you need to get into the room without being noticed, drop the smoke bomb you can find in the agency drop in the south-east section of the map, down the laundry chute in the North-East section of the map. This allows you to sneak into the Fire Dept. and change into their uniform and gain the fire axe.
