Hi everyone if you still looking how to obtain this achievement is very easy. This is obtainable on " Traditions of the Trade" where you have to kill two targets on the hotel, one is upstairs on the first floor having a bath with is speedos and the other one is downstairs near the lobby entrance. So here on the lobby entrance you will see 2 guards near the stairs and another one patrolling, when this patrolling guard goes right you run to the left, here you will have to pick lock a door, when you finish pick locking it you will enter in the baths, as soon you cross this you will see a swim pool with a guy on it. Before going to the guy and drown him be careful because there is a guard near, fiber wire the guard and next drown the guy. It's simple and very quick achievement good luck to you all.

This achievement is called "floater", and it’s for drowning someone. I obtained it in “Hitman: Contracts” level 7 "TRADITIONS OF THE TRADE". One of your targets is often in the pool in the middle of the first floor. "Sneak" up to him and wire him. It took a bit for me to kill him as I believe the game is picky where you're standing, but it showed a drowning cutscene, and the achievement popped!
