To unlock this achievement, simply do as the description states and finish the game on Normal difficulty. There are 12 missions in total.

Any rank will suffice for this achievement, so feel free to play it how you want, however, that may nullify other achievements on that playthrough.

The achievements stack, so completing on higher difficulties will also unlock this achievement.

Simply playthrough the game on normal and this will unlock at the end of the game.

This stacks with the other difficulty related achievements, so I suggest you play on the hire difficulties to get them all in one go.
