This achievement is gained by retrieving a katana from a ninja. Ninjas are located in level 8 the "At The Gates" chapter. Ninjas tend to be inside, are in all black, and have katanas (not to be confused with the all black ninjas that carry SMG-SD6's). Ninjas also crouch in the corners of the roof frames in most of the castle interior levels, which you can spot and try to remove as opposed to be surprised later, or after the fact. If you do decided to take on Hayamoto Sr. on level 6 of the castle you might find a ninja or two there/in the area.

That's true, I mowed everyone in the room down with gunfire and forgot. There's another one in the basement but it's just on a display case.
