This achievement is called "termination" and its for retrieving the spas-12 shotgun from the florist.
This can only be done in the mission "traditions of the trade". Load the level and you should probably drop all your weapons so your not fighting your way to the florist shop.
Go through the metal detector and into the hotel. You wanna head up the stairs directly in front of you and head up to the left. Go through the next metal detector and just ignor the guards gibberish. Just make sure your walking so you dont piss him off. As soon as your on the 2nd floor you should see the florist shop but its locked and you will get caught trying to pick it. So you need to move over to the door to the left of the florist shop door. This takes you into the bar. Go speak with the bartender and you will convince him to take a break. Aftrr the coast is clear sneak behind the bar and through the door. Work your way through these rooms to another locked door. Check your map and you should be going in the backdoor of the florist shop. Pick the lock and enter. On the counter you will see a long flower box containing the spas-12. Pick up the box and when your ready to unleash hell simply epuip the box from your menu by pressing B and eqipping. Now enjoy a nice terminator/47 shotgun retrieval and 45 gamerscore.
Note: You MUST epuip the flower box to retrieve the gun and you MUST retrieve the gun for the achievement to pop. So simply picking up the box wont do.

Just want to add that as long as 47 isn't carrying any other weapons, he can safely take the flower box through metal detectors. The gun will make it beep, and the guard will search him and then let him continue. So, you can get this achievement, get a Silent Assassin rating, and carry the Spas-12 to the exit for your collection all in the same playthrough, if you want.
Also, once you open the box, it goes away, so you can't place the shotgun or anything else back in it.

Reference to Terminator 2 when the Terminator concieled his shotgun in the rose box. Classic Eidos :)
