This achievement is causing some issues for many and not unlocking so I wanted to add this micro guide as I have noticed several people now have ran into the same issue, including myself.
When going for the mission stories on a new map, most people will do the requirements, then reload and do the next one, then just finish up the mission any which way to get the achievement. This mission is a little different, and I think a lot of people are totally missing the "hidden" story mission. I say hidden as it's not on the menu at all, whereas every other one is and always has been, so it's throwing people off. This misison has 4 stories, even though it says 3.
To get the 4th is super easy, but a lot of people are finishing up "The Tour" then reloading, or running off to do something else. You need to stay in the area where The Tour ends a little bit whilst the target chats about wine, eventually a new story mission pops up, and you will enter into a whole new narrative involving...wine! This must be completed as well for the achievement. As said, many people are getting the prompt The Tour is completed then running off, or reloading...
In short, do "The Tour" then "Closing Statement" will eventually start up in that area.

Nah, it's straight-up glitched for me. I've done all mission stories, including the secret one 3 times and the achievement refuses to unlock.

Glitched for me too. I even have a save right at the end of Closing Statement where you have to change back into 47's suit, the story shows as completed, but the next time I load the game, the tick for this story is no longer there. I should also point out that the sniper story had to be reloaded about 15 times before it was recognised as being complete so not sure if that had anything to do with it.
Like the poster above, I am starting to doubt if a patch will fix this and am reluctantly coming to the conclusion that I will have to delete my save and redo this one.
