Hello, i have looked into the achievement for hours and hours. and the only way i have found to get to the level 20 mastery fast enough is by completing all the challenges. So with this being said the following guide is more of a mop up / tutorial within a tutorial
What i mean by this is below your going to see an unusual guide from me, I normally post a video link WITH a description of what to do however if i were to describe what to do in every video we would be here all day. So I've written the detailed description of what to do in each video on youtube.
In order to hit level 20 you guys need to complete as many challenges as you can so my recommendation is to go into your game see which challenges you are yet to hit and then look up the ones you need to do from the list below.

When I'm doing the Cashing out + high rise drop challenges when I load the mission the elevator is not open for me to push the women down, any idea how to get the elevator open?

Would like to add also that I had to Hold LT, LB and RB for some reason to activate placing the banana down on challenge Flying Monkey Business, took me a while to work it out...
