If you got like me a problem to get the Bridge at the top Level 5 - just cross it and make sure to visit the Arcade in the middle of the map on Level 0 after this.
Strangely after i break into the Arcade i got the Bridge also.
Hope this helps till a patch may fix this :)

worked exactly as you said. I crossed the bridge, saw the location mastery challenge tick up by one but on the map itself, it was still undiscovered. As soon as I entered the arcade and got the location mastery tick for it, I checked the map and lo and behold, the bridge was discovered on level 5.
