For all those who are having issues and not getting the achievement, the link I have posted above will delete your Hitman server progress, giving you another shot! I did this and it worked perfectly! I just did the fall kill requirements, not even the coconuts, and it popped!

A few disclaimers however:

1. Account Deletion takes about a week. I submitted my account for deletion, and got an email about exactly one week later saying it was deleted.

2. This will wipe ALL progress. This means your level, all your challenges, escalations, EVERYTHING, will be gone. (When reattempting I would recommend also deleting your local save and NOT syncing to the cloud)

3. This not only deletes Hitman 1 data, but Hitman 2 as well, so save this for your LAST achievement if it didn't work for you. Also make sure you have finished Hitman 2 or have not started it yet.

Hope this helps! Finally finished this game after a year of nothing!"

One thing to watch is that *sometimes* there is a second guard who comes through the vent room. So be careful with your timing and keep an eye on the map

I got the achievement straight away after returning to the main menu; no bug for me. What I did was to wait patiently while the "loading" icon was on the screen. After it disappeared, the achievement popped.

Sadly it's not that simple. Those of us with the issue are unfortunately screwed until they release a fix, as we already have the challenges done, however there seemed to be an error and they were not tracked in conjunction with the achievement tracking. There is no way to reset challenges, meaning there is no way to hit that trigger to get the tracker to go up, meaning we're screwed.

Worked for me though it was a bit glitchy. Did the coconut kills, finished the mission and had to wait 2-3 minutes in the debriefing screen until it jumped to 33%. Then I did the fall accidents and finished the mission. It jumped to 66% and a few seconds later the achievement popped.

Found an easy way around so you don't have to do that account deletion thing. When Morgan walks up to you after inspecting the toilet and he just stands there with his arms crossed not saying anything, run around him to get the forced dialogue. I did this for like 15 seconds then went back to cleaning and it triggered his next line. Way easier and faster than submitting your account for deletion

I was doing as much as I could in one run and it had the 66% issue I’ve heard about. Did coconuts in one, reloaded did Morgan’s fall and reloaded that too finishing up with Cross last. After exiting the mission the cinematic was dealing with some serious frame rate issues but it popped after the Club 27 completion achievement. So what others said may help by completing the mission proper.

For me I had to get the coconut challenge first. I killed both targets with coconuts on separate runs so I never got the challenge until I did it in one run. The achievement unlocked when I completed the mission.

The account deletion page has been updated to include Hitman 3, so presumably you'll lose all progress in all 3 games and can't do the progress carryover in Hitman 3 if you request the deletion.

Popped for me today 22/01 with no real issues. Poisoned the food, made the exterminator call, got the challenge. Completed level and the achievement didn't pop, reloaded my last save in the lobby did it again and it popped straight away.

After being stuck at this achievement for 4 years, I finally got it. Did wipe my hitman account via the link provided above. To be clear, I first did the mission normally, then killed both targets by dropping coconuts over their heads (Do not poison the room, this is the cause of the achievement being bugged in the first place), and finally pushed them off the ledge. In all three playthroughs, I didn't skip the cutscene after the mission. Break a leg, everybody :)

If achievement doesn't pop all I did was save before I exited the mission and then loaded back in then it popped as for how I done it I poisoned the food for the lawyer at the restaurant then proceeded for follow the "Bugman" opportunity waited for Cross to go and sit down in the atrium cause when he does that he's quite close to a coconut tree then the challenge ticked off for me but the achievement didn't pop to begin with so I repaired the tuk-tuk saved my game then escaped and loaded back in and it popped.

Oh I forgot to mention that after I poisoned the lawyer I went to the staircase just as your away to head into atrium (be sure to save cause it can take a couple of attempts) waited for said lawyer to go be sick in the bin (load in with emetic poison) and popped the coconuts above him

I ended up deleting my account after numerous replay attempts with no success during that time.
Once I replayed and completed the accidental falls run at the first attempt the achievement unlocked.

Just unlocked the achievement 02/02/2023 after waiting a week of requesting data deletion.
My tracker was stuck at 66% and I tried everything I could possibly think of trying, and read everything I could find online about it and nothing worked. It's resulted in me request my data be deleted. After a week of waiting, I recieved an email saying my profile has been deleted.
After work today I've deleted my saves off my xbox, loaded up the game, let it sync to the cloud, redone the training quickly, then selected the Bangkok level from the Campaign tab and replayed the mission pushing the targets off the building. I completed the mission and after 15 seconds the achievement popped.
From personal experience, requesting your data be deleted and waiting for the email to say its been deleted a week later, is the way to go about unbugging this achievement.

My progress is also stuck at 66%. I used the link to delete my account data. Like others said, I waited a week and then received the delete confirmation email. After completing all requirements again, the achievement still didn't pop for me. So be careful if you try that method. It still might not work. Now I guess I have to wait another 3 months before I can try deleting my account again. If anyone has tips on what worked for you, let me know.

3-month-later update: I got it finally! This time I didn't wait a week for the second email, I just went for it after requesting to delete my account and then getting the first confirmation email. I also totally uninstalled Hitman and then reinstalled just the base game and Bangkok level. I deleted my profile save data from my console and the cloud. Then launched the game and exited out of the intro scene to the main menu and started the Bangkok level. I completed the fall death challenges for both targets, then finished the level by exiting on the boat. The achievement unlocked on the post-mission screen that shows the challenges I completed. No coconuts necessary! Good luck to anyone still struggling with this!

For me the achievements is stuck at 33%, so unlike the others only coconut challenge has counted towards, and in my case the fall kills are glitched.
I've tried restarting the level, killing the target and then dying but it didn't help.
It's such a shame IOI didn't patch this, it's almost 7 YEARS from the release..

Btw I killed both targets by separate coconuts.

Tried once a year for 4 1/2 years to get this 66% unstuck. Got Hitman 2 and 3 done, deleted my ioi and the achievement popped after pushing Jordan off the roof challenge. I got killed by his guards who stuck to him like a wet bandaid even though he told them to leave. Reloaded the save point manually and pop.

I can't get this achievement to unlock. I completed all opportunities and I also completed all the assassination challenges where you can drop someone. I also completed the assassination with the coconuts, both underneath the same coconut and also beneath other coconuts. I even deleted my savegame and tried it all again but it still won't pop

I got it first try. Heres what i did: Pushed them both off the roof in 1 play-through and completed the level. The tracker moved to 66%. For the coconut, i did what exactly what maka did until they were knocked out. After that, i got into a huge firefight. There are stairs in the room where you release the gas, i just stood at the bottom and shot everything that moved and came my way. Took about 15mins(terrible aim and shooting) as they were still coming. Went back up once no one was coming down, dropped the coconut on one target, got spotted, went back to the bottom of stairs and fought for another 2-3mins. Came back up, dropped coconut on the second guy. Killed anything that moved if i could and then went back to the bottom of the stairs and killed everything that moved/came for me for about a min. Then moved to the exit which was behind me in the basement. Completed the mission and exited back to the menu and it popped after a few seconds.

I followed the walkthrough published here on TA and completed the fall accident kills first and completed the mission before doing the coconut kills. I completed the coconut kills per the video here in one run mission run through (ie started the mission, killed them both with coconuts, then found an exit to complete the mission properly), and within about 10 seconds of the mission summary (with the scores, etc) appearing, the achievement popped. So make sure you complete the mission properly (not just restart) for the best chance of success.

I also completed this DLC on an Xbox One rather than Xbox One X (which I did all the other DLCs on), as I talked to a few people who completed this achievement as well as "Elephants Never Forget" who all said they did it on the non-X version of the console. This likely makes no difference but I was being paranoid.

Achievement popped for me with no issues.

First I killed both of them with a fall accident in the same mission and I went to the exit and completed the mission. After that I checked the tracker which was at 66%. Then I followed the linked youtube video and killed both of them with coconuts. Then I went to the exit and completed the mission. I got the "nutcracker" challenge which is to kill both targets with coconuts. Then 10-15 seconds into the cutscene which I didn't click away the achievement popped for me.

I had no issue unlocking this achievement and this was the order I did the challenges:

New Mission
1. Push Ken Morgan off of the suite balcony (On The House opportunity)
2. Push Morgan Cross off of the glass rooftop (Man Machine opportunity)
Finish Mission

New Mission

I think my achievement unlocked before I even reached the mission exit. If not, it was definitely before the game loaded the score screen. I did not use game saves/loads between the two playthroughs.

I didn't have this achievement specifically glitch for me, but I did have the two equivalent achievements on Colarado and the bonus episode on Marakesh, A Bouse Built on Sand, glitch for me. Before deleting your account, just meet the requirements again. I had to do do like five times before it finally popped. Can't guarantee this will work of course, but that's how I got it. And remember you can save before the actual kill so you can just reload and do them over and over.

I got this and with all the issues posted around the net, I wanted to explain what worked for me. I am playing goty edditon. First I did the push over the railings over the railing challenges following the dumber and cleaner opportunity prompts (having the lawyer looking over the side before I pushed). These were in different playthroughs. I had the achievement tracker on and watched progress advance before moving on to the next kill. Each push should give you 33%. The second kill took a while to come through on the achievement bar. Once I had 66% then I did the coconut kills both in one playthrough and killed them both using conscious kills ( I used pesticides guy to get agent to call the rocker star and waited for the conversation between the two in the atrium to end, then shot cocnuts from inside). For the last kill I used poisen on the food on the lawyer and (watched which one he ate then reloaded to poisen the correct one as each pass is different I think). Then went 1/2 way up the stairs and waited for him to puke in the tree. It took like 10 shots to get through this glass but I eventually got the correct lineup and the coconuts fall. I took me ending the playthrough befor achievement popes. For each kill I completed the playthrough by using an exit. Hope it works for you.

Some people say it's glitched, but it might just be that you've got to wait a bit before you leave the level.

First I got the non-coconut achievements just by playing the game. Then I replayed starting at the bar (the kitchen would have been better) with emetic poison, and put it in the food for the lawyer, who will throw up in a garbage can underneath coconuts. I shot them, killed him, and ran far and fast until I could change disguises.

I later learned that I could've shot the coconuts from safety through the glass from the stairwell !

The I went through the exterminator route. You can knock him out, drag him under the coconuts killing him, or try to shoot through the glass of the room you pump in the chemicals from when he walks under them. I did the first method, which isn't as clean as you will be seen.

Then it took about 15 tense seconds until I saw the Challenge appear for killing both with coconuts. Then I exited the mission. Then I waited on the finish screen for another 15 seconds. Then it popped up, right before I would have exited the mission, perhaps too soon.

Today I got to the point of dropping them on the Morgan and it did not pop. I force quit the game, rebooted the Xbox from the dashboard, then reloaded and it popped. Not sure if I was lucky or there is something to it. I celebrated by dragging them both to the tree and killing them both with coconuts again.

For this achievement, you have to kill Cross in a fall accident, Morgan in a fall accident, and both by dropping coconuts on their heads.

Eliminating both by falling is pretty self explanatory, but eliminating both with coconuts might be a little difficult. To do it, you want to follow the "Bug Man" opportunity. Wait until Cross is in the lobby at the ground floor (he will wait here for quite a while) and until Morgan goes to the front desk to ask for any mail for him. I got it after both targets in one playthrough were dropped from a height, and in the second they were nailed to the asphalt with coconuts.
