The Mission Complete achievement in HITMAN worth 138 pointsReach Colorado Mastery Level 20.

Silent Assassin and String Quartet Challenges - 10,000xp
Start with this video, you don't need any mastery to unlock equipment for this method.

Challenges
All targets eliminated silently, with fiber wire, for the following challenges worth 10,000xp in total:
- Silent Assassin (5000xp)
- String Quartet (5000xp)

Targets:
- Sean Rose
- Ezra Berg
- Penelope Graves
- Maya Parvati

Starting equipment:
- Lockpick
- Fiber Wire
- ICA19 Pistol
- Suit of your choice

Starting location:
- Southern Farm Perimeter

Name Your Poison Challenge - 5000xp
Once you reach Mastery Level 4 run through this video.

Challenge
Eliminate all targets with lethal poison:
- Name Your Poison (5000xp)

Targets:
- Sean Rose
- Ezra Berg
- Penelope Graves
- Maya Parvati

Starting equipment:
- Modern Lethal Syringe hidden on Orchard Road (Mastery level 4 required)
- Lethal Poison Vial
- Lockpick
- ICA19 Pistol
- Suit of your choice

Starting location:
- Southern Farm Perimeter

Would've been better to have shown a walkthrough of how to complete the level first before posting a walkthrough where you have to have some level mastery

And the result of your efforts is an excellent video that takes anyone from level 0 to level 7. Great guide.
You may need to wait around for the targets to get into place but that’s no different to any of the other missions. The way you have shown how to do it is very easy to do. Thank you sir.

Complete the level for the first time. As usual, I would suggest using an opportunity for each of the four targets.

NOTE: At the end of the mission, you will need to get into the basement of the room using Sean Rose's face. Go upstairs and use the 3D printer to print the face mask.
