*PLEASE NOTE* Pacifying is NOT the same as killing.
To pacify the target you must non-lethally take them out. Subduing a target from behind (dont snap neck) counts as pacifying. Killing someone is NOT pacifying and will instead count as a kill.

Simply go behind an NPC, when prompted press the 
button until the individual is on the floor.

You will get this through natural progression. To subdue an enemy, sneak up behind them and press 
and tap it repeatedly in order to knock them out. Regardless of who you do it to, the achievement will unlock upon pacifying any character.
